After ordering three donuts and three drinks for my kids and I and getting an eye roll from the employee after ordering my drinks, they then told me it would take a while, because one of the employees needed to go on a break at 9 AM in the morning in the middle of a rush. I told them that we would wait, and after 15 minutes of them not starting my order and still serving people who ordered and paid after me. I got up and asked for my money back. The employees and had to call somebody and took an additional five minutes to refund my money and never once apologized. Didn’t ask if they could then start my order instead of giving a refund or anything. They clearly did not want to be there and hate their jobs. After paying $27 for three donuts and three drinks you think that they would be a little more prompt. Their customer service was horrible. One of the workers was even wearing pajamas and crocs. And continuously running their hands through their hair, and then touching the food and drinks that they were serving without washing their hands. This was hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had a dining...

Top Pot is one of our favorite spots for treating ourselves and celebrating special occasions with something sweet. It's become a cherished tradition, especially when the doughnut craving hits. The staff at Top Pot are consistently welcoming and helpful, ensuring every visit is a pleasure.

The doughnuts here stand out from the crowd. Unlike others, like those from Krispy Kreme, Top Pot doughnuts have a satisfying heft to them. They're not just sweet; they're substantial enough to be filling, making them a perfect snack or even a decadent breakfast treat.

While the ambiance is straightforward and no-frills, it's all you really need when the main attraction is the doughnuts. The seating and decor are basic, but that's hardly a concern when you're enjoying some of the best doughnuts around.

I highly recommend Top Pot for anyone looking to indulge in high-quality, delicious doughnuts in a friendly environment. It's a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth and enjoy a moment of simple joy with family...

Normally going to top pot is a pretty fun experience. This time I had three cars in front of me and it took over 15 minutes to get helped. The sign had a lot of stickers over it with pricing changes which would be fine on its own. When I got to the front they said they didn't even carry some of the things that were on the menu and explained to me that of the three sandwiches listed, only one was normally available but they were out of it that day.

Seems strange to have a menu that is so infrequently updated that items that they don't even carry would be on it permanently. Also it's fine to update your prices and menu items but it's best to do it in a way that's clear to customers while they're waiting to be helped.

Overall, the customer experience could be here improved as well as the signage. It was disappointing to wait in line for so long just to find out they never carried the items...

If you live in the Issaquah area DO NOT purchase your donuts from any other place. Top Pot is the place to be. Forget stale donuts that have been out all day at any of the Safeways or QFC. Don't wait in line at the busy Starbucks in Issaquah. Don't even think about going to Krispy Creme to get that franchise conveyor belt cookie cutter regular donuts! If you have the time, come in and sit down to enjoy your favorite doughnut with a cold milk or coffee, but DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT think you'll have a quiet doughnut on Saturday morning or mid morning. During this time its fairly busy. Yet that doughnut will be worth the wait in line. All of the staff here are very friendly and have even offered me some suggestions based on what I might be craving and what I may like as far as a doughnut. You might even see me there with an Emerald City Smoothie! :)

Staying at the hotel across the street. We called ahead to see if we were allowed inside the store as we were going to walk. Absolutely! We were asked to just use social distancing. Thay was easy as they have a drive thru and most were using this option. They have a great selection and I could have ordered 1 of each. I didn't though. We did order 4 flavors. Lemon glazed, raspberry glazed, pershing, and cookies and cream. All were good. The glazed ones we really liked because they were not too sweet. They had a nice consistency and were not greasy. If I am ever at this hotel I'd go again.

I stay at the Marriott Springhill suites across the street from Top Pot. I had eaten there today. Their coffee is great. But their donuts are a whole new level. I had 2 donuts. A chocolate bar which was huge. And a double devils food chocolate. Both were outstanding. The staff was super friendly. They are a bit more expensive than a normal national brand shop, but who cares? Of you don't eat donuts everyday you should splurge for the very best. This will be my new morning stop for the future.
