Arby's — Restaurant in Jackson Township

Went here about 5:00 Sunday, 11/07, to pickup a sandwich. I pulled up to the drive thru and there was a car already at the ordering stop. I was getting irritated because after 5 minutes, this girl is still sitting there. Finally, she speeds off. I pull up and there's no greeting, nothing. I wait and wait until there's about 4 cars behind me so I decided I'll take my $$ somewhere else. As I pass the actual drive thru window, I see people on there. I park my car in a spot and decide to go on and order as well as complain. The door is locked with a sign saying the dining room has temporarily closed early. We have tried this Arby’s several times and it’s never a good experience. We are always missing an item or several. Just now we decided to use our “make it right free sandwich cards” and I got home and one sandwich (worth $8 mind you) was missing and another one was burnt. The sliders had random pieces of lettuce in it and one sandwich was red and appeared to be not cooked all the way. Literally not worth going even when you have free sandwich coupons. They always make you pull up and wait an extended period of time for your food (once over 20 mins- how we got the make it right cards) and it’s still not right. They need new management in...

My husband and I must just have the worst luck at Arbys. Today we stopped for a late lunch and were the only car there. We ordered and she asked if we’d like extra cheese- yes of course! We got to the window, picked up our food and headed off. First, no straws were in the bag. Bummer, but okay. Second, no receipt was in the bag (it seemed very expensive for what we got- $22 for 2 beef and cheddar meals).
