Went here about 5:00 Sunday, 11/07, to pickup a sandwich. I pulled up to the drive thru and there was a car already at the ordering stop. I was getting irritated because after 5 minutes, this girl is still sitting there. Finally, she speeds off. I pull up and there's no greeting, nothing. I wait and wait until there's about 4 cars behind me so I decided I'll take my $$ somewhere else. As I pass the actual drive thru window, I see people on there. Read moreWe have tried this Arby’s several times and it’s never a good experience. We are always missing an item or several. Just now we decided to use our “make it right free sandwich cards” and I got home and one sandwich (worth $8 mind you) was missing and another one was burnt. The sliders had random pieces of lettuce in it and one sandwich was red and appeared to be not cooked all the way. Literally not worth going even when you have free sandwich coupons. We got to the window, picked up our food and headed off. First, no straws were in the bag. Bummer, but okay. Second, no receipt was in the bag (it seemed very expensive for what we got- $22 for 2 beef and cheddar meals).
