I have to say the same thing several people r using bots to get jobs .seems they r not giving them up untill the last minute maybe they r taken or forced to .one thing we don't need is games being played .if ur near the place where the offer is given u should be asked first .sorry 60 miles from me I won't do as it not worth it and to far and not good for the car to go all those miles .I to took the test and still I don't get offers that I can see all I see is the back end of them flash by .I am fair if I can get one and have another one that is closer I will give that job back in a timely matter .they way u all have this set up is it flashes by me and when I try to grab it I still don't get it one time it came to me went into my box and then disappeared.i try to do the best job I can do .some of the dispatchers r vary rude and that needs to stop they also need to listen to the driver as we know the rout well and work with us instead of against us .sometimes ,I have not only 2 support teem people telling what to do but both telling me 2 diftent ways them ezcatering want to chime in and bother me .sorry but, when I am driving I can not reply u do not want to be preashered into rushing going as fast as I can in appliance with the law.ever since big corporations hired illegal imagrants there is no such thing of full-time only temp or part-time caused by the illegal imagrants and the big corporations hiring them .in my state desantis put a stop to this as if they do catch them they would fine them and ship the illegal imagrants back to where they came from as itvis a crime being illegal in every state and countries .I can't even tell u what this is .everything's on ur own u pay for it ,insurance u pay for, ur repairs u pay for ,ur health care .for the people that don't know .health care the job offered to there employees as they cared for them completely free of charge .they wanted them healthy .I am diobedic if I didn't have my own insurance I be paying thousands of dollars .unsure why u all keep hiring drivers u can't Evan give the offers to the drivers u got .it's like we r pkaying pin the tail on the donkey. if u do, u get that offer for that day if I ordered 900 dollars of food I be looking for it early or not and I do think this is vary picky to give me a violation for being 15 minutes early at least ur not offering 2 or 3 dollar offers yet .when u do i will say goodbye I be vary embarrassed to give a driver a 3 to 4 dollars offer this means to me and most all the drivers that the company don't cae this Holly person needs to be fired as she's harassing me as a driver giving me frivolous violations if this is the kind u want to run ur business I am gone then let her continue to give the the jobs tovalm the hand picked drivers as a click has been formed by her holly if u deside u do want me I will ask u to have holy step down off me and stop this frivolous violations she is giving me this isn't a job 30 dollars a day ? And u all keep hiring more and more drivers if this is the kind of practices u want to inflicted soon us drivers then harassing us with stupid violations then count me gone as I will not tolerate this king of practice don't understand why u Evan bother drivers with one offer a day I was open the last to days and I got zero offers then u have the gaul to harass me...

This is in regards to any driver how works for deliver that ! about canceling a delivery three hours prior to the pick up time ! Initially when I canceled delivery under the three hours ! there was a five dollar deduction and now on January 11 when I cancel the delivery there was a $30 deduction from my pay ! they penalize the driver and minus dollars from the drivers pay ,but yet at the same time the dispatchers can minus ,cancel ,or recall any delivery they want under the three hours time and there’s no consequences I mean I just don’t think this is fair and right to the drivers ! it should be just to everybody the dispatches for this company and the drivers ! I mean there is a deduction every time a drive cancel the delivery under the three hours but a dispatcher can cancel a delivery if it’s not going to workout Anytime they want so they need to let the dispatcher know that let the drivers know if the deliveries are not not going to work cancel it the night before the afternoon before or the morning of the day of delivery not wait till one and a half hour before the pick up time to cancel that delivery from the drivers so the experience I had with canceling a delivery under the three hours time. Those deliveries were excepted by me the day before the afternoon before the day of the delivery and the dispatchers waited 1 1/2 hour before I picked up the order to recall the order from me I don’t think this is fair and right to the drivers of this company !
