Had my daughter’s 18th bday party here with her friends. We decided to do 2 games of laser tag only and that was set up easily…. Then she decided to hold her party there so we expanded to the package with pizza and pop & they switched that easily as well. Manager was nice while scheduling.
The party room is VERY small and the 10 of us were cramped. We had to ask for our pop after their first game.
They decided to do their second game before the other party in the room beside us was ready because they wanted to do get in before they did and didn’t have to wait. They coded everyone in our group in and they were waiting at the door to go in. After about 5 or so min of them waiting, they hadn’t been let in. The other group came out of their room and without us knowing, they started coding a group of about 20 ppl. I went to the desk at the request of my daughter and asked about them. I requested our group go separately due to some sensory/panic/anxiety issues with most of our group and were told the other group was already started coding in and they were sorry but did nothing. We were told we should have said something sooner even though we explained they weren’t told they would be all going in together for the second game since the first game they were alone and we assumed the parties played with just their group. The kids weren’t even told that they were waiting for the other group or they could have asked to go separate. After the game, all of the kids came out stating what a horrible time they had. Stated the other group of adults were rushing at them and targeting their group (they stuck together during the game at my prompting since they weren’t comfortable playing with the other group). Sad that this was my daughter’s 18th bday party and they didn’t have a great time after their first game. Upon checkout, we were asked how the game was and I told her it was awful and explained the other team’s behavior in the game and she seemed shocked because of where the other team worked. No offer of a discount because we weren’t happy, no offer to separate the groups due to the discussion, no trying to make it right. We won’t recommend and will...
Read moreI would give 0 stars if I could! Worst experience for my daughter's birthday. We decided to take her to Laser Zone for her birthday (thank god we didn't pay for her birthday party to be held here). When we checked in we weren't told about any birthday parties scheduled and we were the only group there. We played our first game with a small group. When we were done there was a large group of young birthday children entering the game, and staff asked us if we wanted to wait. I said "yeah let them play and we'll wait til they're done" so we could take turns with the kids. Well, we got our code names and waited til the kids were done. The children came out and went to get more code names and jump right back in. I asked the staff, "We're not playing with all these people right? That's why we waited." There was 20+ kids in this group and there was 6 of us. She said that they had a lot of parties and they didn't have time to have another game with just our small group. I asked for a refund for our other game (that we had already paid for) since we weren't told about the birthday parties or warned in any way which they refused to give. Actually they laughed at me when I asked for my refund. Staff should have mentioned they planned on being that busy and we would have only bought one game. When we left the staff member FOLLOWED ME OUT TO MY CAR (I think her name was Emily but that's just what was on my receipt). We will not be back and I won't let any other poor unfortunate soul go to Laser Zone. There are plenty of other options ...
Read moreNot right to destroy a memory being created, can't take it out on innocent people just because an issue happened that you wasn't quite prepared to handle quickly enough. I hope the youngster that got sick before it was my granddaughters parties turn to play is alright. Apparently you could have fun here but due to the people playing before hand had someone vomit my granddaughters birthday party was made to pay the price. 15 minutes after they finally brought in 8 large pizzas they then said it was time for her party to play but someone had to have the party room cleared out due to another bday party @ 5:30🙄 I understand that things happen in this world but to intentional be disrespectful and rude to people choosing to celebrate a child's birthday here just because the workers was un prepared to handle a situation such as vomit 🤮 quickly enough is very wrong as to destroy paying customers trying to make a great memory. It wasn't my granddaughter fault & the intentional disrespectful employee possibly needs to get a job as to where she has no contact with people at all. Great place yet whoever does the hiring needs to step down so this company can hire people whom will help make it exactly as the owners possibly intended for this...
