Burger King — Restaurant in Jackson

I just went to store 9999 in Jackson Tn. When my order was taken it was very clear the young lady was not happy about being at work. When I got to the window she said HERE IS YOUR DR.PEPPER. I said I ordered a coke she again said Here is you Dr. Pepper, I took at and said ok that's fine. She then stuck another drink out the window I asked what it was. She then said we'll you got mad about the Dr.Pepper so I got you a coke. I then said I didn't get mad about the Dr.Pepper but your attitude is really bad. So I handedher the Dr. Pepper back and she then snatched it a yelled THROW SUMMIN AT ME AGAIN!!! I was blown away. I asked to speak to the manager and 2 women came to the windows while she is screaming about me at the window. They listened to what I said and then asked if I wanted a manager. I said that is what I thought you were but yes something needs to be done. Another lady came to the window and stared at me. I then asked if this was ok for the employees to act like this. She said what exactly happened. I told her she just looked at me. I then asked for rhe girls name and corporate's number. She they disnt have one. Still nothing has been said to this girl or an apology or anything. She said her name was Kyla. She stood there. I thanked them and left . NEVER AGAIN will I go there. She refused to hand me my food so the manager did. I have been trying to get Corporate all afternoon you cant get a human. The service was aweful and the food was worse. So Kyla I hope your day...

I ordered a waterprwobble with cheese plain no mail because I'm allergic to it. I take a bite until my sandwich and there's mail on it straight hospital visit. I've been calling that store ever since and no one answers the phone. I'm sorry I will never eat or no Burger King. In your untrustworthy and too worried about spilling fries and grease on the floor. And the floor felt like in the dawning room you could just slide on it from all the grease in the dining room. Both ice machines were the soft drinks we're at we're empty the whole stores dirty the windows are so nasty you can see fingerprints from 10 years. Ago I want it especially when the sun goes down. The bathrooms are so nasty toilet paper and wet toilet paper spread all across the men's bathank God I did not go into the bathroom of the. Women's restaurant no telling what I would find. But this store still took my money and gave me c* service and c* food. And when I call the store to thank them for the trip to the hospital. I still can't get an answer thank you for the mayo on my sandwich I'll be covered in hives here in just a little bit thanks to you not...

After a long day of working on a crazy Friday my husband took me to Burger King. Due to just moving to Jackson,TN from another state a few days prior. Mind you we are pescatarian and only meat we eat is fish. We ordered 2 Bk Big Fish meals and a veggie whooper. Our drinks had no ice. Fries and onion rings old clear cooked hours ago extremely cold and dripping wet with oil. So clearly they did not drain anything of oil. The bag was dripping of oil. The fish dripping with oil so oil soaked through both top and bottom buns. 3 tiny pieces of lettuce that were old. The best part was the VEGGIE BURGER was not what my husband asked for which was a meatless whopper. Which is advertised on tv. Instead of saying we don’t have that.
