The store is big, nice and clean but the cashiers have attitudes out of this world!!! They are rude especially the dark heavy set lady with the short hair cut. There is also another one, she's a lighter complexion young lady. She wears her hair kind of long. Well, my mother is on oxygen and it took her the longest time to cash us out. She was paying attention to everything and everyone around us except for us. She was engaged in conversation with her coworkers while slowly ringing us up. She didn't greet us or tell us our total we had to ask. People like her should not work with the public. Their is only one that's friendly and polite, she's a lighter skin lady on the thin side and she wears glasses. Out of the entire store I've only encountered 2 with positive...

I like roses the prices are decent and I always find good deals there , howevér this past Saturday I went there and bought some items and I got a fan the box was kinda open so I asked the girl was all the pieces there and I scanned it , still unsure whole time the cashier looking suspect like she already knew it was damaged. So anywho I bought it anyway and then when I got to my car something told me to look deeper into it , ok then I noticed the whole top part of the fan was gone so I took it right back and the girl was like ok it's damaged before I could say anything and she gave my money back. But my thing is why try to trick your customer and you all already knew it was damaged. Bad business . But that's just my 2 cents . Roses is still a good...

I gave this store a 4 for merchandise but a 1 for courtesy. I have a handicap sticker and apparently they could see I was limping with a cane. They put security tags on them in case you leave out the door so they can stop you to tell you that you can't drive it out the store to your car. What kind of mess is that.? What's the use for a handicap parking tag and when you get in the store the customer is limited to how far to use the handicap rider. What ever happen to courtesy? This store sure don't have it!!
