I shop there all the time for events. Today I attempted to make a return and the manager that started actually processing the return stopped and said she had to ask the other manager and asked why was I returning it. I simply went with the other option I purchased from the store earlier and while it may sound a little extreme I even said she could smell the item I assure you it smells just like the store. Once I said Okay that’s fine you will not take the item back she continued to review the item finding things like lint( it was a black dress) saying it’s obvious it has been worn. It was very embarrassing and I Am very offended because i said to her I speak to you all the time, I’m a constant shopper. It was almost like okay they didn’t want to accept returns and was looking for a reason to deny the return. It completely left a bad taste in my mouth and I no longer feel comfortable shopping there and do not plan on any longer. I don’t know what kind of returns they receive, but if she would have atleast looked at my picture of the other rainbow shops outfit i purchased and wore she would have atleast understood even if she still didn’t process the return, it would have left me with a...

December 8, 2023 , I arrived to the store with a bag to exchange some clothes that I’ve never tried on and gave it to an employee before I started looking for something else. As I walked up to the register, There were three women standing there looking crazy at each other didn’t notice I was at the register. I asked if anyone was going to check me out. So , there was this old woman with her hair in a bun with the nastiest attitude. I told her I was making an exchange, and pointing at my bag that was behind her. So she want to act bourgeois and had the nerve to told me to empty the bag while she was staring at me rolling her eyes. The crazy lady acted like I wore to stank it up and bring it back. So , I empty it for the nasty old woman and waited for her to finish my transaction . Then the old crazy lady had the nerve to tell me have a nice day. I just walked out of the store shaking my head. This place is very rude!! The manager on duty on 10/1/17 workin around 5:00-6:00 light skinned with a wrap hair style! Is rude as hell? I asked to return my pants or to see if they had a bigger size. She told me to go look for them myself. Then I said well does it have to be the same brand if I can’t find the same pair. She gave a rude response! She made it seem like she I was bothering her.
