11:57 AM, I placed an order to be delivered to The Jackson Clinic - North Campus. I put in the name of the business, "The Jackson Clinic - North Campus", and the address for the North Campus (2863 US-45 BYP). I gave very clear instructions on how to deliver the pizza to the right location. By 12:09 PM, the food is done and is undergoing "Quality Checking." The food doesn't leave the building until 12:37, so it sat on the counter for half an hour before they even attempted to deliver it. The driver pulls up 10 minutes later, at 12:47, and calls me. He's at the wrong clinic. He went to the convinient care which is AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT ADDRESS. Regardless, I walk him through which building he needs to go to, and I go over (again) the delivery instructions that I included with the order, and we hang up. He calls me back TEN MINUTES LATER because he's been staring at a receptionist the whole time and hasn't spoken to her regarding the pizza. It's not hard, go up and say "Hey, I'm sorry to bother you, but I'm here to drop this pizza off for X" and I assure you they'll be okay with it. So I tell him, just go to the lady at the entry and drop it off with her instead and they'll figure it out for him. It took another six minutes before the pizza was received. By this point in time, it was obviously cold and, not to mention, PAST LUNCH BREAK.
Now, the delivery driver did communicate with me and was attempting to deliver the pizza (however poorly) so I don't want this to all fall on him. There were failures on every step of the process in getting this pizza, and honestly this just proves that Dominos pizza is no longer a good option for food -- their prices and cook times were already excessive but this has gone too far. I literally could've driven to Walmart, bought a frozen pizza, gone home and cooked it, then delivered it to the Clinic myself in the same amount of time for significantly cheaper.
One redeeming feature here, and the reason I gave it two stars, is because Dominos went ahead sent me (it's probably automatic based on how long the delivery takes) an apology email regarding the delivery that included a coupon for a free pizza. Still, that second star is for Dominos itself, not this location.
I do not recommend buying anything...
Read more3/9/2018 - I ordered my pizza at 6:24 that evening and was told that it would take approx. 18 minutes. At 7:04, I was the only person in the lobby, standing at the register with my receipt in hand. After the 3 people behind the counter realized that they couldn't continue to ignore me, one came over to ask what he could do for me. I told him I wanted a refund because it had become obvious that no one wanted to actually make the pizza I had paid for. I guy looked at my receipt, and reached behind him to hand me the pizza sitting at the front of the "prepared pizza" rack. In front, because that's where the oldest pizza on that rack would be. The guy tried to give me a pizza that had been sitting for 22 minutes, 4 minutes longer than it took them to make. I told them to keep the pizza since I wasn't paying for it, and again requested my refund. He pushed a few buttons on the screen of the register and told me that it would take 2-3 business days to get the money Domino's had taken from me back.
Compare this to the Fuji Yama sushi place on the other side of the bypass. I went there to get food because Domino's refused to complete my order. While I was paying for my sushi rolls, one of the waitresses handed me a USB-C cable and asked if it were mine because they had found it were I was sitting the last time I was there. That last time was 2 weeks ago. That is customer service....
Read moreThe people who work at this Dominos tonight (Johnathon and Joseph it says) were rude. We placed a carry out order online and when the Dominos Tracker said it was done my boyfriend left to pick it up. When he got there the door was locked and my boyfriend saw an employee run to the back and purposely ignore him. So he called the store and told us that they didn't do carry out past ten which is okay. But it says no where on the website that they don't past ten. So the employee said that they had tried to call us to tell us that they didn't do it past ten. And told us our pizza wasn't even cooked. So they put on the tracker it was done but didn't even cook it. And we received no phone call from them or a missed call. So we had to go back home and place a delivery order which increased our total by ten dollars because we couldn't do the carry out order. Now we have been waiting for fourth minutes since it said it was out for delivery. So then I called and the worker said the driver had just left. We live just five minutes up the road.and this order has been placed over and hour ago. When the delivery guy came we saw him sitting in his car for a few minutes then proceeded to walk up to my house smoking! I've worked in food before. I've never had such bad...
