Dunkin' — Restaurant in Jackson

Review for drinks only, not food: I’ve started going here for coffee because Starbucks has become unrealistic price wise. Why spend $7 on a venti coffee at Starbucks when I can get an equally good coffee here for half the price? And Dunkin also has refreshers (which I loved getting at SB) that taste just as good as SB for, again, half the price.

Update: the service here is just about as bad as you can get. The employees do not care and they’re extremely rude. They made my drink incorrectly and when I asked them (kindly) to remake it, they said “We’re not supposed to do that. It’s not our problem.” It’s LITERALLY your problem. You made the drink wrong. Im a former employee for Dunkin’ Donuts (not this particular location) so i know what is expected out of employees for their customer service. I went there ready to order my usual. Got there and was met with a very rude and bitter woman. Was told my USUAL was never a thing even though the app says its very much a thing (even called corporate to make sure it wasn’t discontinued) i asked for her to give me a better attitude and she refused. I will refuse to give money to a location that hires people who lack customer service skills. I hope the lady in drive through was just having a bad day. For the first time in a while the service was pleasant. However, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. I don't usually do the drive thru because of the bad experiences I have had but I recently had surgery and didn't want to go inside this time. We get down the road and I grab my bagel to learn that instead of putting the cream cheese on the bagel, they simply put a single packet in the bag; which is in no way near enough for a bagel. If I had known this, I would have ordered a second packet. Also, it's impossible to put cream cheese on a bagel in a car without making a mess and getting crumbs everywhere.
