Ordered one of my favorite sandwiches here and decided to add avocado this time. When I didn’t see it on there I decided to call and let them know it was missing. When the two gentlemen who were handling my concern were on the phone with me, they weren’t rude, quite polite, and even offered me to come back to replace my sandwich even though it had been partially eaten. I was not able to come back, however.
After being on hold to find a solution, one of them came back to the phone. He happened to be the one who made my sandwich as he told me the exact placement of the avocado. I could hear slight frustration from the gentleman, but it was helpful overall, as I was able to find it. I forgot it was spread and not slices (oops).
I can’t imagine how many people make similar mistakes like I did, but I can’t assume anything either. I’ve never had a mistake on a sandwich here before, so it was nice to know there was no mistake and still receive decent customer service from...
Read moreBefore today I would have given this place a 4 star. After today, I give it a 1 star. The one black dude wrote the wrong stuff on our orders and his customer service skills were beneath bad. When you work in an industry where you have face to face customer interaction, the one main thing you take into consideration is customer service. The guy was flamboyantly disrespectful and like I said, I've ate here before. The service has never been like this before. I would look into evaluating performances or better yet, replacements.
Update: 1/6/2024 Ordered two italian night club sandwiches, one with NO TOMATOES because my wife is ALLERGIC, and one with everything on it. get home, one has everything on it, the other has no mayo but has tomatoes..... Tomatoes and Mayonase sound completely different, and with my northern accent it is impossible to make those sounds sound similar. charged 18 dollars for...

We placed a mobile order rolling in on our journey to Jackson. We got confirmation of order receipt and went to parking lot to wait for the ready signal. After twenty minutes of waiting and seeing other visitors arrive, receive their food and leave, I decided to go inside.
I found our sandwiches had not been started until I asked about our mobile/web app order. The prep staff was able to get the sandwiches ready quickly and correctly. The sandwiches were tasty and though we had to eat on the move, we did eat all of our sandwiches.
As an extremely important note, I need to voice this observation. This is "NOT" the customary service I have received at any other Jimmy John's in the West Tennessee area. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that this was an off moment and that this "pandemic" is...
