DO NOT EAT HERE! Ever Single worst experience I've ever had in over 40 years of eating out. It took 2 trips thru the drive-thru, 2 long waits in reserve spots and after 4 tries my order was still wrong. I did not have a large order, it was not complicated at all. I ordered 2 #7 meals large with no onion & a 20-piece nugget, with 2 types of sauce. I ordered at 6 pm. I left after the 4th time they tried and still messed up, that took a total of 40 min. I had cheeseburgers with no onions, cold fries they said took 12 min to cook, and one 1 barbq sauce pack. I got home and I just had a feeling so I poured my fries onto a napkin. The ignorant and disgusting employees spit in my fries. So the whole $30 order went in the trash. I refuse to go back for them to do something so disgusting ever again. My order was in no way complicated and I remained overly polite until the final bag of cold fries and 1 sauce were given to me. I've never once been so angry and disgusted at a restaurant in my life. None of the people that were working tonight should have a job tomorrow and should ever be allowed to work anywhere around other's food ever. If a small order took them as far as making me wait close to an hour and made them feel the need to spit in my food I pray they close their doors before one of them gives some other customer a disease or something. It takes an ignorant person to find it ok to do this to someone. I was nice, I didn't get upset, and was more than willing to thank them for their time even tho it should have been right the first time. I am sick to my core as I type this out at the fact I gave them every opportunity to get it right and they failed. It takes a lot to get a bad review from me but I know someone trained these employees, and the manager messed up the order twice himself. So calling would do no good but if I can reach people this is my best choice. This location needs to close, fire, and rehire new employees with some sense of decency and train them correctly. I worked at this location over 20 yrs ago. I was an associate manager when I moved on. It has its ups and downs but it's easy work. It's not rocket science and could be done by the simplest of people. That of course says a lot about the ridiculously disgusting people that were working tonight. Read moreWent through the drive through to order and the worker cut us off before we could complete our order, so we waited till she got back on the speaker to and said we hadn’t completed our order. In response, we asked if we could add to our order and she said we could at the window. We pull up to the window to pay and told the employee at the window we needed to add to our order and he said we would do it at the next window. He didn’t take the money for what we had. Pulled up to the next window and the employee at the window handed us someone else’s food, which we returned, and toasked if we could place an addition order and proceeded to tell her that the previous window told us to pull up. She then informed us we couldn’t not order at that window and we should have done it at the previous window and then said we had to pull around and get back in line. We pulled around and went in to order all food that we had ordered and the additional order instead since going through the drive through was a hassle. As soon as I set foot in the door, the employee from the window was gossiping about our situation to her friends and was praising herself for how she handled the situation. To which I tried to get her attention so that she would stop. I found it extremely rude for her to be gossiping about my family and me for a mistake we did not cause. Read more8/18/22: Had another online order for a free ice cream cone. Waited 15+ minutes for it in parking spot 3. Rolled my window down cause I had a feeling they were going to yell at me again through the drive through window while I was patiently waiting. Girl opens the window and told me to come through the drive through so I did. Guess nobody wanted to walk the order out AGAIN. Get to the window and she tries to hand me someone else’s order and I told her we had the 2 online orders. She rolled her eyes and closed the window. They have the WORST customer service at any fast food place I’ve been. I’d rather drive to south Jackson at this point.
8/11/22: Had 2 orders that we ordered on the app. Pulled into a parking spot without a mobile order number bc they were all full. Had 2 different people come up and ask us what we ordered. Waited 20+ minutes for TWO iced coffees. The lady in the drive through window was yelling at us across the drive through lane and the customers at the window, telling us that our coffees had been ready for a while, but that nobody would bring them to us. Finally, a nicer gentleman brought them out to us, and one of them wasn’t the right size. I asked him if I could get the wrong one in the right size and he was really sweet about it.
