Panda Express — Restaurant in Jackson

The food was okay.One time the server ran out of orange chicken and asked the chef to drop more. I ordered everything and the server wrote it on the to go boxes and I waited patiently. When I sat down to eat the chicken was not cooked all the way. Another time I went I had to wait for the broccoli and beef to be cooked as well but this time I was not ordering for myself. I ordered for my son. He could not enjoy his meal because the broccoli was not cooked all the way and did not have any sauce on it. lets not forget twice already My husband and I have shown up at 8:20 pm and walked through the doors and the employees had nothing on the serving buffet and the kitchen had already been cleaned up and closed for the night. We walked in both times and spoke with an employee and they would not consider cooking a meal for us to go. the closing time is 9:00 pm. I know it is really close to closing but still we made it 40 minutes before time to start cleaning. I do not feel like any member of the staff take their job seriously and are hurting Panda Express franchise. If they do not want to cook the food properly or serve their customers accordingly. Then they should not being working in the food service industry. Only one exception to why I still go back. I was raised on Panda Express back in Fresno, CA my home town. I waited for It to franchise to the south for years. Now that it is here me and my family make it a usually stop. This used to be my go to place in Jackson.I had almost always had good reviews.Except for the one time it was filthy That's what I made the previous review 5 hours. Today I'm updating my review.Because not only has their food went downhill And there's nowhere near as good as used to be today I got Ripped off. There p o s machine malfunction Just as it said , transaction approach and they had to put My order on the other register in order to give me my receipt and said I was not shot charged But. I looked at my bank app.Just to be sure But. I looked at my bank app. Just to be sure. And sure not it was posted on twice by contacted the bank after I got the run around From the manager pedro who Told me I could come back for a free meal if I didn't come off but I don't live.You were close by here I may be up in jackson twice or 3 times a year. I told him I lived too far away to do that and he said well. You can come back, get your money back if it doesn't go off or so, but the bank will probably see that drop one of the charferry poor customer service downright rude to be exact.. My go to restaurant for The Times I am in jacksend is no longer going to be Panda Express.If I eat at their restaurant again it'll be at a different location but it will not be this one. Furthermore, the employee packaging.The food up kept wiping his nose on his shirt sleeve. This restaurant here in Jackson has definitely lost business.And I'm going to recommend my family.Don't stop...

I ordered before I left work. Got there to get my order and had to wait over an hour. There were several of us standing there waiting on our orders while they ignored us and took care of the people in line. It was nothing but chaos. Finally, someone stopped the manager and he rudely stated that were waiting on more teriyaki chicken and they would get to us and walked off. However, when the chicken got done, they put it on the buffet and still didn't fix our orders. I was about to tell them to cancel mine when they finally fixed mine and handed it to me with nothing but a rude "sorry bout that." Got home and the food was nasty. The rice was gummy, the noodles were dry the chicken (that we waited an hour for) was just nasty, and everything was cold. No discount, nothing to make up for the wait and the rude attitudes. I went because I'd heard it was good, but this was the first and LAST time...
