Starbucks — Restaurant in Jackson

The nicest/kindest workers I have ever meet! I am home healthcare nurse, a single mom, and take care my grandparents so I am have dead from exhaustion 99% the time. Today was no exception lol my litttle girl and go in and order coffee an she wanted scones, they was extremely fast even tho the drive threw was slammed and all very friendly. I was trying oay attention to my daughter holding my wallet under my arm my keys in one hand an my ice coffee in the other. When I went to open the door I guess I squeezed the cup to tight it broke to pieces an coffee an ice went all over the front door mat. I felt horrible so I went an told the workers apologized and they where so understanding telling me it happens an atleast it's by the door we can just sweep it out an the ice will melt. Then they even made me another coffee when they didn't have to do that at all. Highly disappointed in this coffee shop. Three weeks ago, I got an iced venti breve with extra shots and extra sugar free vanilla. It was so watery that I couldn't even taste the coffee and the half and half tasted watered down. This Sunday, I got the same drink and it the espresso tasted horrible. I don't know how else to describe it except that it tasted like the aftertaste you get after vomiting. I hate saying that because the barista's were very sweet and tried to fix it for me, but it was so undrinkable still that I ended up throwing away a drink that cost me $9.33 plus my tip. This Starbucks almost always disappoints me. This location is just off a college campus and stays busy but the drinks never taste right! It honestly makes me wonder if they are trained to reuse grounds, use less syrup and/or less drizzle because they are close to a college?? There is a drive through that constantly backs up into the road, parking next to the building for mobile orders or to avoid the rain is impossible as they are blocked by the drive through traffic - if you do park there you wont be able leave quickly. This is just one of five Starbucks within 5 minutes of each other but only two with a drive thru which explains...
