Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Jackson

I have had very mixed experiences at this Tropical Smoothie location. Yesterday, I ordered a banana smoothie with extra banana, and it was absolutely perfect—rich in banana flavor and thick in texture. However, today, I ordered the exact same thing, and it was completely different. The smoothie was extremely thin, with barely any banana taste, almost as if it had only banana flavoring rather than real fruit.

Another major issue is pricing inconsistency. Yesterday, I paid $9.73 for my smoothie with extra banana, but today, I was charged $7.94 for the same exact order. That’s a significant difference, and it makes no sense.

To make matters worse, when I brought my concerns to the manager, she was condescending and dismissive, acting as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. Customer service should be about listening to feedback, not brushing it off.

the staff is extremely rude. these employees do not care about their jobs and it shows. i went through the drive-thru and was met straight away with attitude. i sat in line for at least five minutes waiting and there were only two other cars in line. the car behind me actually left because it took so long. when i got to the speaker, i sat there for another minute or two before the worker said “what can i get you” with a shitty attitude. not even a hello, just what do you want. ridiculous. i ordered and was met with more attitude and when i finished all i got was “pull around”. i get that it’s fast food but the attitudes of these employees is unacceptable. this is not the first time or the only employee who has acted like this. i have received incomplete orders before and i’ve been met with horrible attitudes almost every time i have come here. it is RIDICULOUS, truly, especially considering how expensive the menu items are. i would not recommend this...

I had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Café. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and the service was excellent. The team worked quickly to get orders out while still maintaining quality, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared.

I want to take a moment to especially recognize Chalise for her outstanding customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and professional, making sure my order was correct and delivered with a smile. Her positive attitude and dedication really stood out and made the visit even better. Employees like Chalise set the standard for great service and create the kind of experience that keeps customers coming back.
