Bagels 'r US & Deli #3 — Restaurant in Jacksonville Beach

Had to use my AI assistant to determine if the flavorless, cold, bread circle was in fact a bagel. Apparently, by appearance, it is in fact classified as a Bagel. Not sure though. Also, I wonder if they understand the concept of “toasted.” I saw it enter a machine that may have been a device for heating food, but what came out was slightly less than frozen. This also begs the question, at that early hour, whether the bagel was even fresh to begin with.

Of course, never got my orange juice which is probably for the best. Most likely, would have been sugar water with orange dye or an energy drink with “orange like flavor.”

Not sure if the basic principle of our physical universe whereby two objects cannot occupy the same space at the same time was understood. The area for pickup and the “in-person" ordering are in the same spot which is already cramped to begin with. So if you enjoy shuffling around waiting for less than mediocre food go ahead. Just demonstrates the general thoughtlessness of Bagels ‘r US.

Finally, thank you so much (yes lots of sarcasm) for the globs of cream cheese that spilled on my shirt and pants in the car as I tried to separate the halves of the bagel. Apparently cutting the bagel in half is an “extra” fee. An attempt to cut it in half was made. I witnessed the sawing motion of a generally distracted employee, but in the end, as with everything else, failure was on the menu that day.

Just to be clear I have thrown away the everything even the burnt water that they labeled as “coffee.”

Please close this place down and allow another business to occupy this space…hopefully run by...

Lori and the BRU crew are amazing. Team is professional, friendly, and personable. I have been coming there for years. Food is consistently delicious, made fast, tables are clean, vibe is uplifting and staff cares to remember my name.

To the OWNER of the building from which BRU is operating. PLEASE, FIX THE AC. We are in Fl which is know for its hot/humid climate. When the temp inside of BRU store is higher than outside ambient air, you know YOU got a problem. It's a kind and humane thing to do. It's good for costumers, and for BRU CREW, and its good for your reputation. PLEASE GET THE AC WORKING ASAP. This has been an ongoing issue for last 6 month. Don't make excuses like... "oh... we are waiting on a part"... do the right thing please. The good the we release into the world comes back to us magnified!

Being from NYC I was pleased to see that I had a Bäel Bakery close to where I live at the Beach. I went in and ordered a dozen to go in a few flavors and some home made cream cheese. Woman at the counter not very friendly. I asked for a plastic freezer bag and she quickly told me they don't provide any. First time I've heard that st a Bagel Bakery ever. Took my purchase home to find out she gave me only garlic bagels I only wanted 3. My guests wanted a different variety so that didn't work well. The bagels were chewy and not very good. The cream cheese wasn't very good either and I was over charged. No I won't be going back there. There is a Bagel Bakery on beach Blvd just over the bridge that ihas much better Bagels and cream cheese flavors and friendly as can be especially the owner.. I'll keep...
