THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST ARBYS!!!
I am going to write the most honest review I can since I'm old and love to take my time on truthful words. I've been coming here with my grandchildren for such a long time and it's always been so good. All of the employees are nice and seem overall happy to be there. Sometimes they seem a little under the weather but I mean, who isn't at their job sometimes?! I've had such personal and great conversations with the employees and they're all such dolls. I'll also overhear some things while making my drink, and they never bad talk people like I've been seeing on the recent reviews. Of course some will say that they wish that it wasn't as busy, but I understand since I used to work in a busy place in my 30s and it's so stressful.
The food is great but sometimes they'll mess up and all you have to do is go up there and tell them nicely what's wrong with it and they'll happily remake it for you, no big deal.
I've had the pleasure of meeting one nice girl named Sara, she was so sweet and loves to make jokes with my grandchildren and I it's so nice. She's very respectful and gets the job done, she never just sits around like I see a lot of fast food workers do, she gets up and cleans, asks how people are doing, etc.
The managers I think their names were Amanda, and Makalya? They're also very nice and respectful and helped me out when my sandwich just had a minor mistake.
Anyways, this long review was as truthful as can be I hope all of you have the best experiences as I...
Read moreAs a weary traveler passing through on 95 from the sunny shores of Florida heading home with my significant other, we had a sudden hankering for fried potatoes of the curliest nature. This was something only Arby's could provide. We found the nearest location on Google Maps, and only a 4/5.0 rating, we forged ahead anyways. Boy! Were those poor reviews wrong. This Arby's decimated our expectations past wildest imaginations. Not only was the waitstaff extremely friendly and courteous, but our food came out faster than we could fill up all of our sauces. Speaking of which, they have a delightful array of sauces to choose from! And two stations worth!!! Also, two large soda fountains. Hell, even silver platters for the salt and pepper. On top of all of that. Someone at Arby's in this location should be nominated for the Nobel Prize for playlist selection. As my lovely girlfriend and I were about to sink our teeth into our hot sandwiches, it was like a heavenly song choice came on. None other than Phil Collins "In the air tonight" How HEAVENLY! It was like the entire experience was meant to be. Our meals finished wonderfully with some crispy mozzarella sticks and air-drum solos (don't worry, no marinara sauce was harmed in the making). Ultimately, whomever rated this Arby's on Airport Drive less than 5 stars, must be working for the Taco Bell next door and trying to up their sales. Don't be duped, and definitely order a 6 piece mozzarella stock before exiting. You won't...
Read moreI just went here less then a hour ago to get a double beef and cheddar no read ranch extra cheese large with a Dr Pepper.
The was no red ranch on my sandwich itâs self but there was red ranch ALL over my wrapper, like they put it on the first sandwich noticed the mistake but instead of grabbing a new wrapper just making the new sandwich on the old wrapper. The extra cheddar was more on the wrapper then on my sandwich I had to use my sandwich to mop up my cheese off the wrapper. The meat wasnât even on the bun right. It was sloppy and hard to eat. The frys tasted nasty and like they had be re cooked after the hold time went out on them. Some peacies where so hard i couldnât eat. I have ran fast food restaurants for 10 years and have never went to an Arbyâs this bad. Crew should be re trained and manager need to care more about the quality of food that leaves there store. I ended up throwing away more then half of it cause I lost my appetite. Almost $8 in food went to my stash can. Thanks for wasting my...
