UPDATED: I was frustrated last Sun 12/12/21, but I was impressed by management's prompt reply! TL; DR: Call this Arby's to verify if they are open. I don't normally get this frustrated, but this had been the umpteenth time we had gone to a fast-food or casual-food chain that was closed when Google Maps says they were open, and it was the straw that broke the camel's back. Sometimes my hubby and I wonder if the workers that night decide to close up early. Anyhow, I'm grateful for management's quick and apologetic response, explaining that their operational hours may vary during this time, and to phone next time to double-check. That is something I will do for Arby's going forward. However -- in this day and age, with so many people relying on Google Maps for hours, and not always having enough decent reception to call when on the road, it would be in fast-food chains' best interests to keep their hours up-to-date.
Rocked up to Arby’s at 9:15pm on Sunday and it was closed completely. Hours listed on Google Maps as 9am - 11 pm. If hours hasn’t been updated in ages I would be forgiving, but they were only updated 2 weeks ago. Very disappointing. I’m fed up with many fast food franchises closing earlier than advertised. I admit I didn’t get a chance to check the door for current hours to see if discrepancy. If management reply with explanation, I’ll consider...
Read moreI usually have a good experience but theres this one guy that works there and he was not it. I got my fries half full, it wasnt even close to filled. And when i noticed i turned around went back and asked for more. And the guy working there accused me of lying saying that he KNOWS he filled it up all the way. And this guy was yelling at me talking over me not allowing me to get a word in. I know i didnt eat half a large container of fries in less than 20 seconds. But he was being pushy and saying others. He kept saying he knows it was full because he was the one who gave me a large container of fries. He wasnt. Not at all. First of all i know he wasnt the same person. Y? Because the person who gave me the fries was a young white guy. He was not a black guy with facial hair. What makes it even more ironic is that he saw those fries and saw that it was basically empty and accused me of eating it then coming back to ask for more. Was that he himself thought that the container was also pretty empty. If a worker could see that its empty y even give it to a customer like that? Fill it up...
Read moreWas the only car in line the entire time - I don’t even think anyone was inside. Placed 2 orders for Chicken, Bacon, Swiss (one without lettuce and tomato). Had to pull out of line for them to cook the chicken which was no issue. Get home with both sandwiches missing bacon, and also the one was listed as no lettuce and no honey mustard. My husband can’t have tomatoes (the residue included) so the entire sandwich was inedible. Spent $25 for essentially only fries and soft drinks. Not driving back to the location with how busy it is in the area with the protest going on. Called in, (had to call in multiple times to get someone), just for them to tell me I don’t know what’s going on back there and they have a lot going on. I really just want what I paid for and not a free coupon for them to just push off the issue. If yall are too busy to serve customers, maybe need to look at your operations procedures because this...
