Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Jacksonville

This has got to be the most overrated restaurant in Jacksonville. it was awful. Their burgers are way overpriced and the patties are not very thick at all. Plus the service tonight was not good. I ordered a simple appetizer and it took forever to get a wedge salad out to the table for an appetizer. then, when it got to my table, I had to ask the waitress for silverware that they had never brought then I had to ask her for a straw that she never left at my table to start with. I ordered a wedge salad as an appetizer and the double Tavern burger for my entree. It took forever to get the salad out and then when she brought my salad out, the other server immediately brought my hamburger and fries out to my table as well without giving me time to even eat the salad first. And speaking of the fries, they were terrible. I had ordered the garlic fries for an extra 1.25 upcharge. however, when they arrived at my table with the burger, the fries were cold, soggy and had absolutely no seasoning on them except a ton of garlic powder that tasted extremely bitter. it was yuck awful. Plus, the hamburger was extremely small and the patties very thin. I was totally disappointed with this meal. After the first batch of fries was so terrible, I asked the waitress for a reorder of the plain fries and when they came out, they were just as bad and soggy. this restaurant needs to change their french fries that they serve the customers. the steak fries that they are using are awful and tastes bad. no wonder they call them bottomless because nobody wants to eat them. As for my wedge salad it was okay but they skimped on the bacon bits and the tomatoes and gave me pretty much nothing but blue cheese crumbles with dressing. when I expressed my disappointment to the waitress, who also was the bartender, it was like she really didn't care and gave me my check. I will not be returning to this restaurant as it is highly overrated and the price that you pay is not worth the food that...

Very sad experience. My first time visiting this restaurant and definitely the last time. I visited this place on 12/28/22 with my daughter. We were probably the last visitors of the night since it was about 9:10pm and they close at 10pm. I hate to be “that last minute customer”but we were shopping late and we were hungry. Food was good. But sadly the bad experience was not the food this time. When we left around 10pm I forgot my wallet on the seat I was seating. When I realized I lost my wallet I called the restaurant and asked if someone found it. The manager Laura said yes, they have it. I was so happy I found my wallet! Well my happiness didn’t last long when I picked up the wallet all my money was gone. They were nice enough to leave my health insurance cards and other documents in the wallet but all the cash was gone. I spoke with the manager and asked her who found the wallet and where they storage it until we picked it up because I’m sure one of their employees took the money. When we left the restaurant there was barely customers left. Neither the manager Josh or Laura showed any concern or caring for the situation. I know I will never know who took my money but It’s very unfortunate for this company to have dishonest employees and sadly this make me not want to endorse this business ever again. I hope the individual or individuals who stole the money I worked very hard for, enjoy whatever they purchased with it and I hope they get caught one day because this kind of thief normally get caught...

My wife an kids were in Jacksonville and we came to this location on a super hot summer day. 104 f that day. Had to wait a few no problem. Sat down and ordered our drinks woth the waiter, he left to get the drinks we ordered a appetizer off the table tablet an it came before our drinks did. Kids an myself drank our drink quickly hence it was 104 outside. Requested a re order of drinks with the waiter. Food came...no drinks..asked another waiter for our drinks he said he would get our waiter. Drinks came about 12 mins later. Kids an myself had already ate our meals drinkless.. and we Requested a reoreder of fries. 18 mins later the fries come we still have no drinks at this point, we just asked for water and a manager. The "manager" was a large sloppy looking lady that came to table we explained the issues we had been having this evening. She apologized for the problems and then went to speak withbour waiter whonwas still MIA we seen them speak for about 3 mins then she went an got our drinks took another 5 mins for this to happen. Meanwhile the re order on our fries come. Still no drinks and the fries were cold. The manager returns with our drinks an once again apologized. I mentioned that it was super hot outside today an that drinks should be flowing. She agreed and my wife asked if they could not charge us for our drinks. All were non alcoholic.
