Arby's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Visited Arby's store 5075 located at 11190 Beach Blvd; Thursday night 5/31/18 at 10:34pm. Went through the drive-thru when the rep asked me what I wanted for my order I started mentioning Arby's classic and Arby's 1/2lb roast beef.

The representative working the window immediately informed me that they were Completely Out of roast beef.

[ ] Believable [ ✔️ ] Not believable

The interesting part about that is that's the EXACT same story they told me last week... SAME day and around the SAME time.

I CLARIFIED WITH THE EMPLOYEE... "You're out of roast beef again?" And they responded with.... "Yes, we have had a lot of orders." Uh huh...👌

I have never witnessed more than three cars at the drive-thru at any given time...

So.... Does Arby's believe in that new tagline - "We have the meats" hmm is that is even accurate? What do you think? 🤔

All in all either their their motto is absolutely incorrect or they have lazy, lying employees. Which one is it Arby's store #5075 on 11190 Beach Blvd?

Both times I was forced to drive well out of my way to the Arbys store at 13696 Beach Blvd. Both times that store location DID NOT turn me away and had adequate inventory to provide me food.

AFTER ALL... two back-to-back experiences; with either Indifferent employees or negligence in your inventory ordering is how this 1 ⭐ Review was earned.

Food is always good at this Arby's (11190 Beach Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32246) and this is the cleanest convenient food place i've ever been in! Even the restroom. (maybe because it's a training store?) The best part of THIS Arby's though, is every time I go in and "Heaven" (her name!) is working at the counter, she is the most pleasant, smiling, upbeat, and helpful person i've met at ANY fast food place. And she is very genuine! Really wants to make people feel WELCOME and glad they came in for food. (she should be made some sort of a "Chief Encouragement Officer" and travel to stores training others, on how to be a delightful person who ACTUALLY likes their job and the customers she meets. It's good to be made to feel welcome when you go to any business. Thanks Arbys for finding good people to be part of your organization like "Heaven". i went in bout hour after they opened.. i was the only person there.. got a roast beef max with swiss cheese and onion rings. Didnt get any swiss cheese and the onion rings i have no doubt were sitting in that serving bin since they opened.. cold and nasty. from time i orderded n got food was all of 5 seconds.. the place was friggin dead.. why is all this stuff pre-prepared and just sittin out?? I only have a little time to stop between jobs during the day and usually eat on the way to next one..not like i have time to turn around and take this crap back and hope they can do it right.

Anyways ate bout half of a sub par sandwich.. couldnt pay me eat the cold onion rings.. went in trash bin on next job site. Time start makin own lunches again.. not spendi g another di.e on this complete garbage because of lazy...
