Arby's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I live close by so i have a choice of several fast food places right here. Arby's is one i don't usually go to as much as a couple others, mostly because the prices are a little higher for regular priced menu items and I'm usually a late night person. Today i was able to make it on time for their happy hour though, i believe it's from 2:00-5:00 every day, certain menu items are only a dollar, i love the milkshakes for only a dollar is a great deal. The sliders and curly fries as well are a dollar and really delicious. I did have a little issue at the drive thru though, i was starving & rushing so I pulled off and looked at the receipt right before pulling back onto Beach Blvd. Money being tight right now i noticed a mistake on the receipt & i was immediately annoyed, but starving. So i didn't turn around, i pulled onto Beach Blvd & called the store from the# on the receipt. The manager, Brittany, was SUPER nice, SUPER understanding, she did not doubt me or question what i was saying happened she immediately offered a solution to fix it. No questions asked & she did not make me feel like she didn't believe me. She said i can come back in now if I'm still in the parking lot or any time that's convenient for me, she'd be there working all night! Wow! How VERY awesome! I told her i live a couple blocks away and i was starving so I'd eat & go back later. Well i just got back, 4 hours later, Brittany is still working and she assisted me with a smile on her face and in a very kind tone of voice. This has made a BIG difference in my choice of a quick meal close to home now. This particular Arby's will get a lot more of my business, their happy hour is great food at a great price and their staff, specifically manager Brittany, is tops in costumer service!!! I am a former employee of Arby's in Jacksonville & I frequently visit Arby's in various locations & typically love it. Arby's is my favorite restaurant because I typically feel comfortable there I'm transgender fluid now ⚧️Typically I'm feminine & I experience a lot of hatred and prejudice & discrimination. I was in the Arby's at this location listed above 13696 Beach Boulevard the other day I had just spent money 💰 on food for me & a new friend. Every time I'm in there I always buy something. Typically if I'm there for a long period of time charging my devices I will buy numerous items throughout the night. I live in a camper van that is currently down I'm in the process of fixing it & moving to St Augustine. So I don't have power in my camper van, I have to come & charge my devices so that I can work. I'm an investor & A/V Producer, Musician, etc. I work online I learn things and I typically feel comfortable and relaxed in Arby's. I was in Arby's the other day with another man I met in Target. He had his bike & we walked over and I had a cart from Target with some items in it that I had purchased. 🎯 🛒 I came over with a new friend offering to help fix my van & I offered to buy him lunch. He works at a local Winn-Dixie well the manager Misti came and was extremely rude told us that we had to move the target cart 🎯🛒 then when I pushed the Target cart away from the store she kicked us out!
