Waited in line 15 minutes to order because the app has the wrong closing time. After waiting I ordered a regular pretzel so I could use my reward. They told me they were out, so I said pretzel bites were fine. They added up my order then could not scan my reward. They said it was for a small pretzel nugget, I said that was fine and they said they were out of small pretzel nuggets, but not regular size. Young girl working there is incredibly rude. 2:05 waiting in line, standing back waiting for my daughter. “are you going to order?” Just one second, I replied. Closes window, puts sign up that they will be back at 2:30. Fine, go sit and relax behind the kiosk in shade and wait. Had time to kill.
