I just left and, "Elizabeth " (that's what she said her name is) is new and terrible! She didn't smile, had a totally lame vibe, spoke in a moody tone. Her mask was under her chin & I asked her, "aren't you supposed to be wearing your mask"? She said, "NO". I told her she was supposed to be wearing it and why was she wearing it under her chin, she replied, "where is your mask"? I told her mines in the car, I've been wearing it all day and it's wet & sweaty and I told her I'm behind glass, your the one with your face over food. She she was rude, sloppily wrapped my sandwich which was exposed. After she rang me up another customer came in, I looked over while getting my drink and she was on her phone! When she saw I was watching her she put it down & walked over to serve the customer, without washing her hands!!! I stared her down and she came back & washed her hands. I miss the old staff, they became friends with my 15 year old daughter and I. They were always so kind and happy to be serving everyone, always upbeat! Chuck and Molli were the best! So was Devan! I and my husband had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Jeanette, who was very professional and kind while making our sub sandwiches with care and obviously experience the way she layered our veggies exactly like we liked it on top of our delicious choices of meat! Her smile and warm welcome as we entered the store was so inviting. I and my husband live in 32277 zip code and was told by a coworker that she makes the best sandwiches and they were right, we will definitely drive a little further to come back for the best sandwiches we’ve seen and had since 2010. This is the Best Subway I've been to. The two ladies that work here Mon-Thur are the best. They make sandwiches to perfection, not thrown together like most places. My sister in law drives from the opposite side of town just to go here. I'm so glad she told me about it. Now I drive across the bridge through San Marco just to get a sandwich.
