This is the worst branch, their stupid app accepted my order and my payment but when I arrived to pick it up, they said they dont have fries anymore! When I asked to cancel my order and get a refund, they couldn’t do it. They said I need to contact their customer service to get a refund. When I asked to just replace the fries I ordered with burger since I dont want to waste anymore time contacting the customer service for a refund, the incompetent crew refused to do it. They wanted to make it difficult for the customer to get their refund so that you just let them keep your money. Im telling you, both Mcdonalds and Wendys apps have the ability to get your refund instantly in case they run out of food that you ordered. Burger King’s app doesn’t have one, if you don’t believe me try it and you will never be able to get your refund. It’s a scam, they will make it difficult for you. Their app is a scam and this branch doesn’t have a good customer service! Imagine they could have just replaced the fries I ordered with something else for the inconvenience they’ve done but they chose not to do it. It wasn’t even my fault that their app accepted my order and when you came over to pick it up they don’t have it anymore. The only mistake I made is I trusted their app and now Im the one who need to suffer because of their mistakes and being incompetent! So if you want to enjoy your meal without any stress and issues, I suggest you go elsewhere, whether it’s Mcdo or Wendys BUT not Burger King! You’ll thank me later. You’ve all been warned! Read moreI got to the drive thru. The lady, whom I later found out was 'Ms Vickie' didn't greet me or anything. All she said was, "go ahead with ur order please" I asked for a whopper Jr without cheese, no onion or tomato; value fry and value Coke with light ice. She was very quick and rude.. And said "$5.10" that was it. I asked if she got all of my order. Although she repeated the order, it was wrong. She said "whopper JR with cheese, value fry and Coke" I had to repeat and make sure it was withOUT cheese or onion & tomato". After I repeated it, she just said, "$5.10, pull forward" I got to the window, and all she said was, "$5.10" I'm like wow great customer service (sarcasm here).i handed her the money & she handed me my food and drink. She stood there waiting and I asked if I could have my receipt which is usually taped to the bag. I go to pull off and took a couple bites out of my sandwich and find out the meat is undercooked. I back up and asked her if I could please have my money back because the meat wasn't done. She replied, "it ain't DONE??!" I said, "no ma'am" so she took the bag from me, I handed her my drink. She didn't apologize or anything for that, and just handed me my money back. No offer for anything else. Who the hell hires these people? Read moreNever in my life have I ever experienced service like this at this location off Southside Blvd. On this day we came and all the lights were off but business open. We never seen anyone in the establishment. Inside closed at 8 pm on this Saturday night and drive the closed at midnight. We arrived at the drive thru around 10: 50 pm. To hear we only take card and we already broke down boilers. We don't have alot of items. Get this the menu boards were broken badly without any lighting. They weren't even facing where the drivers could see them to order. We asked for impossible burgers to hear sorry we don't have any of them. So, we passed of dining here bc that basically all we can eat being vegans. We pull away from drive thru to pass what seemed to be a empty establishment. I say that because we passed the drive thru windows and seen absolutely no one inside this business. We decided to try this BK again on Sunday night around 8:30 pm. This time lights were on out and sign lit up. Drive thru sign in the same condition. Pulled up to drive thru to hear sorry we are out of tomatoes, fries and a few more items. We decided it was best to just say no thank you and leave. Being they were out of the items to make your experience a joy to dine here.
