First timer, ordered the brown butter cookie latte with sweet vanilla cream and Oatmilk for the customization. It comes with a chocolate cold form which I did not receive nor a drizzle. The drink itself was very strong in taste. Only taste was espresso… nothing else.

The real disappointment is the sandwich. I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese with hot honey drizzle. It comes with a hash brown on the sandwich.

Nothing crispy or cheesy about this sandwich at all. The entire sandwich fell apart. The bread and hash brown was soft. No crisp at all. Almost undercooked. Thankfully they gave me a big because all the hash brown pieces fell inside the bag after one bite, instead of in my lap. I did not wait to eat or drink my items so to walk 5 feet from their door to my car and the sandwich not be hot nor crispy was 0/10 experience.

It would be great if people would look at the menu on the wall before going to the screen to order because it took 15 minutes for me to even place my order (not the businesses fault). However I am confused why you are out of most of the food items when you just opened a week ago. I ordered a strawberry energy drink and that also took around 15 minutes to get. It’s very cramped in there which I understand yall can’t do anything about but you guys can make the AC not 95 degrees. If I’m going to wait that long I would like it to be a pleasant experience. I see many reviews saying how nice the employees are but not one employee spoke to me. Also, I would change the music selection.
