Let me first state I was only picking up a meal for a family member as I don't usually dine at Taco Bell. I ordered them a certain combo meal (that totalled nearly $10) in the drive-thru line, but when I received it, an entree item was clearly missing from the bag. So, I politely asked the cashier at the window about the order & I was told that's how the meal came, but that still didn't feel right. So, I pulled around the building & pulled the meal up on the TB website & realized it should've included 3 entree items, chip with nacho cheese & a drink. So, there was in fact, an entree item missing, plus the nacho cheese had seeped out of its container due to improper closure and covered some of the other items in the bag. I went inside & told a cashier at the register about the missing item & she politely offered to remake the meal in exchange for the incomplete one I came in with. What should've been an easy fix resulted in me being accused of stealing food and that's where my issue began. Because once the young cashier politely approached the middle-aged woman who was making orders in back, the older woman got very LOUD & defensive, immediately accusing ME of eating the missing item within the few minutes it took me to leave their drive-thru line & appear at their counter in the lobby. "THEY ATE IT! THEY ATE IT & NOW THEY BACK FUH FREE FOOD, BECAUSE I SHOLE REMEMBER MAKIN' IT," she bellowed while gesturing her gloved hand. Then, a few seconds later, when she was informed that I'd already inquired about the missing item before leaving the drive-thru window, she says, "Well, maybe I DID forget to add it to the bag," in a slightly quieter voice. I was ticked at this point & I just wanted to leave but it wasn't my food I was waiting for. A minute later, I'm finally handed the missing item (not a remade order) by the same cantankerous woman who'd openly implied I'd stolen food & though I accepted it, I was FULLY regretting not requesting a refund, & offering to get something more substantial for my family member with that $10 bucks. Read moreI ordered 2 taco bell meals and 2 kfc meals. My orders were were handed 15 mins apart. And the my taco bell order I only got 1 of the 2 meals. When i asked for the 2nd meal the prep person (mgr on shift) waited to finish the other orders then asked for a receipt for proof that it was paid for, 1st pay attention to the order when it is in front of you. Keep in mind you we checked the bag and pointed out what was missing in front of cashier upon receipt. The the mgr after questioning in the back loud enough to hear came out to see who it was until she laid her eyes on my husband and said nothing.
Then we get to eatting the food. So burrito supreme bean was spread nice, cheese spread nice, sour cream, beef and tomato all scrunched up in a corner. It was the same with the tacos and chalupas. Even when the mall was better at getting the food together. The fried chicken batter was a bit burnt outside but the inside was good. It would have been nice all our foods be the same temp come out at the same time and not question and act like we were wrong asking for what we paid for.
And the customers after us their order was messed up. I did not see any drive thru complaints in the time i was there but 2 orders inside, come on.... get it together.

Mediocre food at best, Cleanliness of the restaurants are not the best( not kept up with and there is always stuff on the floors behind the counter)and literally the worst service in the food industry. They are the poster child for"WHAT NOT TO DO" in fast food. They need to restructure the business and retrain EVERYONE! I decided to go to the location close to JIA. I wanted something different so I came in to just give them a 4th try. I was on the phone with a client however I was watching people curse the employees out, the drive through was closed and for some reason and they still couldn't get food expedited in a reasonable time. 38 minutes I waited before I asked for a refund.
