Panda Express — Restaurant in Jacksonville

This is the 3ed time I have been to this location and each time something has gone wrong today I ordered my food and had to wait for the pepper chicken I said ok no problem she said it will take 5 min totally fine with me she said I will make the rest of your meal and have you pay. That's cool I will wait. I paid for my food and only received my drink cup ok... I made my drink sat down 5 minutes go by and nothing. The whole crew seemed to be busy with a online order wich looked huge I continued to wait. Now 15 min has gone by and a nice young lady seen me still waiting came out and apologize for the delay I said hey I am about to be late for work I asked how much longer. She replied about 10 more minutes..... 😞. I am now late for work and my food that was ready was just sitting there getting colder by the minute. We'll about 10 minutes later she comes out and hands me my pepper chicken and says have a good day I looked at her and asked where was the rest of my meal?????. She then called to an associate at the register to grab my food which has been sitting there for 35 minutes 🤔 totally cold and old by now. The employee walks out with my food in a bag and my plate is completely sideways in the bag, sauce completely coming out of the box bag full of sauce totally a mess I had to readjust my order just to carry it correctly 🙃 😑. So cold food out of temperature safety zone it was a mess and a half to get my food out of the bag sauce everywhere chopsticks completely covered in sauce. Man it was...

Order food thru the drive thru, young girl at the window gave my receipt and food but not my atm card back, I kept trying to get her attention by honking the car horn , she kept looking at me and ignoring me, I finally got my card back by s diff worker; however; days later went by and I decided to check my bank statement and saw that this business charged me for an additional order, I had to inconvenience my self by driving back to them to let them know of that mistake and the manager had the nerve to make a comment that the charge that he was about to remove was of a big plate as if it was my order and not the lesser amount. Bottom line, I will never order from then thru the window as they like to forget to give credit cards back and...

Today I came to Panda Express, not as a worker but a customer. I ordered a bowl with half white rice and chow mein with black pepper steak. Instead I was a given a scoop of rice and a few pieces of noodles and cabbage and veggies. My partner ordered a plate with fried rice teriyaki and orange chicken. After waiting for the food we were served he received a plate with rice and orange chicken and I had to go up to the counter and let them know we were missing food. Way to much talking going on and not enough paying attention to the customers needs and keeping the lines inside and outside down. Definitely didn’t see any Panda Core Values while being served.
