Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I have been ordering our pizzas from this Domino's Pizza restaurant in Jacksonville for several months. No disappointments with the food or service at the restaurant. These guys are not slow cooks when it comes to fulfilling your pizza or pasta orders. I was having trouble accessing the online app to place my order last week. So I ended up calling and placing the order via the telephone and the human automated voice at the other end of the line. Here's the word from the Asst. Manager --- the male voiced phone assistant isn't the most reliable source for ordering pizzas!! For example, I ordered 2 pizzas, and the voice verified the order with me, but what was prepared for me was only one pizza.🙄 The guys were happy to quickly build the 2nd pizza, as well as a dish of Chicken Carbonara. (Same amount of time to cook in oven as pizza). Oh, God! So, so worth it!! The Chicken Carbonara was so delicious!! I could hardly wait until I got home to dig in to the bowl!! There was enough in the bowl for 5 servings, I believe. It was just as I had remembered it tasted the last time I had eaten it years ago!! So good!! This Domino's is different from many that I have been in, in that there are tables and chairs for families to eat at inside this restaurant. The guys are always friendly, helpful and will work to make sure that they give you the best price if you ask them about deals when you order at the store or call them to place the order. Every worker or pizza engineer is very friendly here at Jacksonville. You won't be disappointed with your order from the Domino's Jacksonville. Whether you order pizzas or pastas or sandwiches or bread twists-- the garlic bread twists are so soft, hot and delicious right from the box! I never get home with the full box! Oops! Not...

I ordered two medium pizzas February 17 th, and I was very disappointed in the fact that there was a very small amount of cheese and sauce on my pizza..So I saw a post on Facebook and I commented on my experience, and I received a phone call from the manager,he told me to come back to the store and get two more pizzas for my troubles,so I did that today and I must say that I was still disappointed 😩..they look better than how they tasted..it was enough sauce on them, but the cheese was very disappointing and I even ordered extra cheese to make sure, and it was the same as before, lacking the cheese,So I won't be going to Domino's anymore 😑 I'm from Chicago; I've tasted some of the best pizza in the world!and you don't have to pay extra for what's supposed to be on the pizza to begin with..the cheese is what makes the pizza,or break's it.. pizza hut is not much better, but when I order extra cheese I really do get extra cheese and it makes the pizza taste like an actual pizza.. but thank you to the manager for offering the replacement pizza's...I...

We were staying hotel and ordered Domino's take out. We got a medium Philly steak with light sauce, a medium Canadian bacon with extra sauce, a 16 piece garlic bites, an order of cinnamon twists, and a 2 liter. The pizzas were disgusting. They were cold, overcooked, and barely had any cheese on them. The crust was supposed to be handmade pan and it was flat and rubbery. They both had hardly any sauce when one was supposed to have extra. The bites weren't bites, they were big chunks of bread that were cold and overcooked. The cinnamon twists were overcooked, cold, and not worth eating. And what happened to getting a sauce with the bites?! The only free cup I got was one icing for the twists. I had to pay for the marinara for the bites and garlic butter for the pizza. When manager was called and made aware of all this his response was, "We'll try not to let it happen again." REALLY???
