Firehouse Subs Deerwood — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I ordered dinner for my family and someone else took it before I got there. The only response from the employees was "I just made that order, it was picked up" over and over again. Every employee that worked at 6pm on November 12 refused to help me or remake or refund my order and they also refused to give me their names and ignored me to face. I told them someone stole from them but that's not my problem and showed my receipt and they wouldn't help. I asked them for a manager and was ignored. I've never been to a restaurant where I was blatantly turned away with no food after paying $30 and using 15,000 rewards points. My experience was completely rude and unprofessional and these men deserve to be fired. We come to this firehouse all the time and these 3 men ruined the company completely for us forever. Place was so dirty, tables had dirty food and containers still on tables. Floor was dirty with puddle of water by the order station which I just happen to notice when I turn around to go to ice tea dispnser. No ice tea in the dispenser. The staff acting like they didn't want to be there. When I said the ice tea dispenser was empty didn't offer to get any more. I have been in this place many times, this is worst I have seen it. The girl who took my order was eating a bowl of food. Where they prepared the subs stuff laying all over the place. Broken down boxes laying on the floor by table near the ordering station.
