I ordered dinner for my family and someone else took it before I got there. The only response from the employees was "I just made that order, it was picked up" over and over again. Every employee that worked at 6pm on November 12 refused to help me or remake or refund my order and they also refused to give me their names and ignored me to face. I told them someone stole from them but that's not my problem and showed my receipt and they wouldn't help. I asked them for a manager and was ignored. I've never been to a restaurant where I was blatantly turned away with no food after paying $30 and using 15,000 rewards points.
