Excellent food. Fresh, and makes you feel like you’re eating healthy, even if you’re choosing less healthy options (like I did). I chose to build my own bowl with a base of rice and quinoa. I added dry rubbed chicken thighs, black beans (stewed), roasted sweet potatoes, avocado slices, cheddar cheese, and the aioli sauce (I think it was chipotle aioli). I also got two slices of avocado toast, and the watermelon kombucha on tap. Overall, it was one of the freshest and tastiest meals I’ve had in weeks.
Overall, it was not cheap ($47 for two people who each got a large bowl with several extras added, two sweet teas, a glass of kombucha on tap, and two slices of avocado toast), but for the quality of the ingredients and knowing that it was freshly prepared, I think it was worth it— for instance, the bread used for the avocado toast was baked fresh, in-house just this morning. I went to Wendy’s yesterday and it was $18 just for me to eat, so with inflation being what it is, the prices are reasonable.
The staff were super friendly, easy to talk to and provided a warm, inviting atmosphere. This place is very clean and has a lot of vegan and vegetarian options. I love that the kitchen and prep area are out in the open, so you can see your food being prepared, and you can also see how clean the prep areas are.
Overall, I am very pleased with the taste of the food (I’m a picky eater), quality of ingredients, friendliness of staff, cleanliness of the space, and the ample space to sit. Can’t wait...
Read moreOkay, just come and try it out for yourself! Sunday afternoon, I was looking for a healthy vegan friendly eatery, and let me tell you. This is the place for me!
They had a lot of options. Friendly and informative staff from the moment I walked in. They were awesome. The atmosphere was a vibe and super clean if you want to sit inside or out either way you're set!
I ordered the Korean Bowl, I believe, and let me tell you, it was so good I couldn't put the fork down to taste the other food until I was almost stuff. Nicecream shake, cookie dough ball, and the banana bread loaf I took home were all super good and didn't disappoint. Which might I mention the banana bread had no nuts but chocolate in it? Super good, and my nut allergic kid was able to eat it and enjoy it.
To top it off, they have free wifi!! I mean, honestly, I no longer have to go to a coffee shop and be hungry while I want to work away from home because I'm definitely stopping here to eat and browse.
Anyhow, I definitely recommend 10/10. Oh, and I think the prices are very reasonable for the food that you're getting, and I always prefer to support local shops over bigger chains irregardless...
Read moreA great start to a new food relationship. I was looking for a more healthier option to eat out at on my lunch break. Upon reviewing the menu while waiting on my lunch to start. My mouth was watering based on the online menu option. So I just decided I had to take a chance. This place is located convenietntly 7 miles from my home which was roughly a 7 to 8 minute drive. This allow me to travel time to and from their location with time to spare to enjoy my food. Initially I decided I was gonna try the chicken beacon ranch bowl. Once I arrived the friendly young lady explained the option to build my own bowl. After seeing her mixing up some ingredients right in front of me I just had to try my own thing. I choose the delicous greens, cauliflower, dry rub and korean style chicken mix. The aroma had my taste bus all in a frenzy. I could not wait to get home and devour the bowl I choose for myself. For this to be my first time at this establishment, let me tell you I was not dissappointed. This was my first and It will definitely not be my last. I'm glad I...
