I was really going back-and-forth if I was going to write this review or not but I wouldn’t want what happened to me to happen to someone else …. I came here about two weeks ago to get a balayage color done with stylist Stephanie. I informed her that my hair had Already been through a lot of bleaching and really could not take anymore. She informed me that if she used K18 protective spray on my hair that it would protect it of course ( at a extra cost for the k18) … well it did not , the color was not my reference photo at all , It was more so highlights than anything and as she was brushing my hair , it was breaking off every where . I kept saying “I’m not going leave here bald right ?” I was very nervous. So I just decided that I’m not satisfied with these blond highlights and that I just wanted all dark brown … it looked ok in the shop but once I got home I could still see the blonde underneath and it looked crazy … so all in all I feel like if I told you my hair couldn’t take anymore bleaching , as a “ master stylist “ should have gave me your professional opinion and said well I don’t think this style will work then . I would have been happy if you would have just said that … instead of being money hungry. I ended up having to pay for her to fix my hair that day and it all came up to $450 I would never go here again and my hair is still breaking off in the...
