Update : Reached out to corporate and was told I will be contacted by the local manager or owner. I am still waiting. I will not be back to this location. Unbelievable. Customer no service.
Very crowded and only two girls working. One was manning the grill and the other was making the subs. Then, one had to run the register. I used my reward points for a free regular sub and when checking out, the register took off my points but my bill still seemed high. I checked the receipt and realized I was charged for the free sub. It took forever for the girls to figure out what happened and how to fix it. Initially, they tried to say that the free sub wasn't on the bill, but when I realized my total was almost $40, I knew something was wrong. I finally got refunded for one sub but still left wondering why I still paid so much for three hot subs. I checked the receipt again and saw that I was charged for 4 sandwiches. I only ordered 3. I evidently paid for something I never got. I was told I'd get my points refunded back as well and nothing. I reached out to the owner yesterday and have not heard anything back. Read moreThis is the second time our order was completely messed up. First time we ordered the giant original Philly cheese steak with extra mushrooms, extra cheese, and extra meat. Instead we got Philly cheese steak with Mayo and banana peppers and the cheesesteak. Tonight we went in person asked for our normal giant philly cheesesteak with extra meat, extra cheese and extra mushrooms and when we got home it was nothing at all what we requested instead it was just the steak, don’t think cheese was on it if it was it was very little but it had a lot of mustard and pickles on it. It was absolutely disgusting. We tried calling numerous times but there was no answer. If I could give this 0 stars I would because I will not go back to this location ever again. Read moreI ordered a 99 sub over the phone at 8050 phillips hwy jacksonville, fl 32259. I came in to pick up the order and redeem a free sub coupon i had and was told that I ordered the wrong size. Fair enough i accept that responsibility and offered to pay the difference in the price between the regular sub and what i received. The gentlemen agreed to charge me the difference and told me the total would be $9. I clarified to difference in price once again(between the regular and giant) which should have not been more than $5. He argues with me and tells me this is how "he has to do it." His associate then came to the register and proceeded to tell me thats how things are done around here and I'm essentially wrong in my common sense. I pay them and leave very disappointed.
