Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

My son and I came on a sunday afternoon for 2 sub sandwich combos. $45.00 for lunch !!! We ordered regular sandwiches with mayo, lettuce ,tomato. My son ordered the large ultimate porker , that comes with only ham and bacon. I had the nightclub sandwich. There was barely any meat on our sandwiches and two of the thinest pieces of bacon I have ever seen in my life. $45 for 2 combos with barely any meat is absolutely ridiculous. I ask for some salt and pepper to put on the tomato on my sandwich. I was told that corporate could not afford to hand out salt and pepper any more, It was too expensive. The young lady behind the counter told me she can't afford to eat at the place she works at. That is sad. For the amount money I spent for these sandwiches to have the thinnest meat and the thinnest pieces of bacon I've ever seen in my life. I could literally see through the bacon. I asked for salt and pepper and was told they don't have any available for customers. You would have thought they could afford some salt and pepper to put on a sandwich. Furthermore, when we went to sit down ,every single table in the restaurant was dirty. I had to ask to get a napkin to clean the table. Now I understand why restaurants are closing left and right and can barely keep the doors open. Corporate America is not interested and keeping the customer happy and coming back. I used to drive past others Sandwich shops to come to a jimmy john's. You've lost another weekly...

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS.

"We have plenty of other customers." I ordered a meal for delivery. I work right across the street. I order delivery because I only get 30 minutes for lunch and I don't want to spend the time waiting for my order to be made. I work in the office watching until my order is delivered then I take lunch. NOT TODAY! I waited an hour before I finally called to see where the order was. The person who answered the phone said that my order had been cancelled because I was not at the address. I said that can't be true because I am sitting here looking at your store and have been here the whole time. I asked to speak to a manager. After expressing my displeasure about the service the manger told me they don't need me as a customer and they have plenty of other customers, then hung up on me.

Company responded to my voicemail. They sent me a link to a website where I was supposed to be able to leave details about the issue. The website doesn't work. They offered me a free cookie through the app. What a joke. This company seems to have no interest in customer...

I come here to this location veryyyy often. I used to pay less than $13 every single time. Recently the cost has varied between $11-$18 every single visit even tho I order the same items every time. My last visit the cashier told me it’s because after 2pm they offer a “combo” option but that I specifically have to ask for a “combo” when ordering or they won’t provide the discount. Today I did just that, asked for a COMBO, she asked me what side and drink. At the window she stated the total was $17 and some change. I asked if it was rang up as a combo or each item individually… she stated it was rang up individually.. I then stated I wanted it rang up as a combo, she closed the window and when she opened it she said it was done as a combo and the price was still the same. Upon reviewing my receipt I see that each item was still rang up individually even though she stated it was rang up as a combo. When I showed her that the menu right above her head says a combo is $13 she said the menu is outdated…. Basically the cost of your food depends on the cashier who is working that day...
