Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

This is really upsetting. I use to love coming to Jimmy John's. So I was really excited to get it today for my lunch break. I ordered a sandwich and a bag if chips around d 1220pm. 1pm rolls around and I still haven't received my food. I work litterly across the street so I don't see how this is possible. I called the store just for someone to inform me that they're drive is leaving now. 40 mins later still no food. Idk how the driving situation is but if you have one delivery drive PLEASE HIRE MORE! It's outrageous waiting over and hour for a simple sandwich. It's seams very unorganized at this location. I called a final time to cancel my order and get a refund just to be told again that they driver was out with my order 🙄. I canceled any because I'm sure it would've been another 30 mins to an hour. And crossing my fingers that I actually get my money refunded since they didn't ask me anything about my order name or where I was calling from. Idk what's going on in this location but whatever it Is ITS NOT WORKING! I'll most likely never ordering from this location again and I'm making it a point to tell all my family and friends about my experience in hopes that they'll do the same. Very disappointed and still hungry. Will NEVER recommend. Thanks...

This is the worst Jimmy Johns I have ever been to. Walked in the door and was not greeted, this wouldn’t have been as big of a deal if I did not stand there for 5 minutes waiting for my order to be taken because the employees were too busy talking. Ordered 2 sandwiches and then proceeded to order 2 drinks and received an eye roll from the woman ringing me up. Finally got my food and I had a handful of things so I asked if I could please have a bag and the woman behind the counter threw the bag on the counter and again with the eye rolling. Any place I have ever been to would not throw the bag at the customer. Then once I got back home I realized one of my sandwiches was made wrong and it was dry. I work at Stevenson Toyota in Jacksonville. I don't know who it was but when I called for delivery, they asked me was I at Stevenson Mazda and I said no, I am down the street at Toyota. The lady said no problem, and they bring me my sandwich. Especially since they already took my money off my card. I called back 3 days later and they tell me that they never deliver at Toyota. When I have witnesses that the driver came here. Supposedly he was new and did not know. So basically, you dont train your employees right. He said he was a mistake and they dont deliver passed Moore Buick GMC, which does not make sense since Toyota is right there. And then has to nerve to tell me I can come pick it. Why would I come pick it up if I am calling for delivery. JIMMY JOHNS IS LAZY AND I DON’T APPRECIATE YOUR FOOLISH POLICY....
