I arrived at 940am and it wasn’t busy at all. They sat me down immediately and my Waitress (ramonita j) approached me and asked for if I wanted a drink so I said yes a coffee please. She brings me my coffee and lets me know that they don’t have any other alternatives For the coffee, so no dairy free options . I then told her I needed a second to look at the menu to see if they had any allergy friendly food. After a very long while, ramonita then came and asked for my order. I ordered the oats with bananas and strawberries, with a side of Nutella, this order come with a muffin so I asked if I could substitute it for some bacon and she said yes. After waiting over 40 mins for a bowl of oats I then had to get up and look around for my waitress or someone in charged to ask where my food was, and that’s when my food arrived with no bananas or Nutella and apparently they were still working on my bacon. The cooks were in the kitchen laughing and having a blast instead of working. Like I said, it took ovee a 40mins me to get 2 things, the oats are just watered oats nothing special and I was given 3 pieces of bacon, not too sure why it took over 40 mins. When I got my recipe I was charged for the the bacon that was supposed to be included with the oaks and charges me extra for the strawberries too, the oaks were supposed to be 7.99$ i believe, it came out to to over $13 for a bowl of oats. The fact that they don’t sell any allergy free items is a big no for me. they don’t serve any dairy/allergy friendly food of any kind other than gluten free toast. My total came out to $15 before tip.

I am beyond disgusted with my experience at this location. We came into town from Atlanta and of course wanted the Keke experience. I've eaten at another location previously and I assure it was well worth it. I ordered a side of limp bacon and potatoes with veggies. My friend ordered grits with veggies as she is a vegan. After a 20 minute wait, our food arrived. Yes that long on a weekday morning. As she consumed, she bit into bacon. A vegan!! Our waiter Luke literally disputed her openly it's not bacon. Meanwhile, the manager arrives and confirmed....it's bacon. Ten more minutes passed and I still have yet to get my order of bacon. Luke once again made excuses and insulting in tone telling me to wait. It takes time. Yet, in five more minutes, out comes the grits n veggies for my friend. No bacon for me!!! At this point it's almost 40 minutes and I'm sitting with cold potatoes and no bacon. The waiter once again makes a sarcastic comment. I sent for the manager who didn't rectify anything. Finally, as I'm about to leave, she brings bacon. Almost an hour later. I told her to keep it and remove my meal. I informed her that I'd be reviewing the experience. She ended our visit by presenting us with a full ticket for the rest of our party despite this pathetic experience. Our apology was nothing more than the manager and workers congregating and discussing us as if we were in error. We weren't loud. We complained respectfully and left hungry, in debt, and disrespected. No one cares until it happens to them!!!!!

This is my second visit at KEKE’s and unfortunately it will be my last. My server was Luke both times and both times I was unhappy with him, not because he didn’t know his job but because of the way he spoke to us, it was unprofessional. Our first visit was on Sunday then again today. Not only did we have to wait for him to stop talking with another employee my husband and I watched him continuously put his fingers in his mouth, which is unprofessional and quite disgusting if I do say so myself. When my food came out I was half way finished when I saw a hair on my plate, I looked around and our server Luke was nowhere to be found, when he finally returned to the table we told him what we found on the plate, even showed him the plate and he looked at us like we were crazy, At that point we just wanted our bill when he returned with our check he took our payment, came back with the slip for us to sign and with that slip, he included his business card. He was soliciting at the job that he works at unbelievable, unprofessional, and on top of that, he gave us a speech About giving him a review and said that that’s the only way he can keep his 5 days of work, We asked to speak to his Manager and no one ever came to the table to talk to us. I will not be returning to this KEKE’s CAFE at this location, It’s quite unprofessional that this server is handing out his business cards solicit at his workplace, unprofessional, and the fact that there was hair in my food and they did nothing makes it even worse.

When I (party of 2) arrived, I was given a wait time of 20 minutes and told I would be texted. I came inside after 25 minutes to check the status and witnessed another group of 3 that arrived after me being seated. When I approached the hostess and asked about the wait, she appeared to have forgotten to text me and had me seated within 2 minutes. I ordered an omelette and my wife had an egg cheese and bacon sandwich on a bagel. We also got home fries, a blueberry pancake with a side of glazed strawberries, and blueberry stuffed French toast. Mostly everything was great. All of their bread products (bagel, pancakes, stuffed French toast, and I had an English muffin) were very fresh and tasty. The home fries were also very well seasoned. For me though, there was one small problem and one big problem. The small problem was the glazed strawberries, they took perfectly good fresh strawberries and covered them in this extra sweet, artificial-tasting, thick gel-like glaze. Not good at all. The large problem for me was the eggs. My wife and I both specifically asked for “soft” scrambled eggs, hers on her sandwich and mine for my omelette. Both orders of eggs came about as hard and a scramble can be without being burnt, and there were actually some brown spots on both of ours. The reason this is a large problem for me is because we dined here once when they first opened, and that was our only gripe from that visit as well. We waited about 8 months to come back and try them again to see if they had changed but it’s still the same problem. For ME, a breakfast place not being able to make eggs is a huge deal and will honestly probably keep me from coming back. The bright spot of our meal, however, was our server Mona! She was extremely efficient, funny, attentive, and she gave excellent recommendations on what to order. She honestly saved this visit for me, because the wait time mishaps coupled with the hard eggs (again) made for a...

Zero stars if I could babe😫. Walked in craving a waffle; left out wishing for a time machine…. Time is money, so imma make this real quick and short. Waited 20 mins to order. Hispanic Lady kept telling me to sit down and wait for a server to take my order so I did… I was patient and I really wanted a waffle so I let her talk to me like a 5 year-old with no listening skills. Just for the Manger Chris to take my order and tell me a 25 min wait. Ok fine, I’ll get groceries at target and buy stuff I don’t need (I’m just a girl). Come back 20 mins later, food is ready! Sounds great right? No. Black girl with short haircut gives me my food to look at (she was so sweet 🤍) MIND YOU, she knows I didn’t pay. Hispanic lady says SHE DIDN’T PAY (2x). The black girl looks at her in shock and I’m standing there like wow… anyways I ask the blk girl to check my food before I pay and guess what? I’m missing my turkey sausage😜 So she’s like I am so sorry ma’am let me get the manager Chris to fix this (he took my order btw). Chris comes up and and just starts typing into the POS system anyways I got the sausage (eventually) he told me to have a good day… lmao I’ll try. I’m not here to complain about the manager, this review Is for the Hispanic hostess. As a BLACK woman I am disgusted by your behavior and ma’am you know I’m not a thief I think my car says enough…why would I run off with a 16$ meal? Like let’s be real 🤣 As a business owner I know how vital it is to have good customer service and I ALSO know how vital it is to make my customers feel welcomed and respected… I pay taxes for this? Unfortunately this location won’t be receiving my black 💵...
