Unfortunately, out of all the Tropical Smoothie Cafes from TN to FL, this has been the worse experience. The only bright light was that it was located in a popular area. From the manager, to the server, to the cashier, I was appalled by the service given. If I was secretly shopping this store for corporate, this would be a failing grade.
This store location was night and day from the location on St. Augustine Rd. That location had A greeting with a smile, they took the time to get my order correct and even wished me well.
This Oakleaf stores cashier was on the phone texting in plain sight as I waited in the store for over 3 minutes. The actual server who created my smoothie and order had to remind her to get off the phone. I had no greeting, no smile and no one wanted to take my order.
The shift lead also didn’t follow procedure of taking the correct discount receipt, and handing back the original. He quickly threw it in the trash and said I couldn’t have it back. That’s not how you handle a traveling customer who needed that receipt for business expenses.

Specific instructions noted on my receipt were completely overlooked, which is frustrating for any customer. It raises concerns about the overall quality control and service standards at this location. Can the staff preparing orders not read? It’s disheartening to see such negligence in a place that should prioritize customer satisfaction.
To make matters worse, when I called to express my concerns, the manager dismissed my feedback without even attempting to discuss how the issue could be resolved. This lack of engagement and disregard for customer input is unacceptable.

I pressed order and then saw my $5 reward credit didn't apply so I ordered the exact smoothies again 3 minutes later with the credit. However, it charged my credit card twice. I contacted the store immediately before picking up the order and they said their district manager would have to handle the cancellation of charges and took my name and number down. I went in store and the gentlemen confirmed the same thing he said on the phone and gave me the two smoothies. I have not received a call back and have called two more times and received empty "my manager isn't in til Monday, I'm just a shift lead, call back in 3 days" responses. I'm just looking to have the $10.xx charge removed or to just have 2 smoothies made since I technically have paid for 4 and picked up 2 the night of the mistake.
