I arrived there at 9:20 p.m for a doordash pickup. I went through the drive-thru since the lobby was already closed. At the speaker I explained I was here for a doordash pickup, they asked me for the last three digits and said pull forward. I waited at the first drive-thru window for the pickup and nobody acknowledge me, I could hear the cashier say that the drive thru was closed. There was another car behind me waiting so I pulled forward to the second window. I already waited in drive thru for 12 minutes (9:32 p.m). A man asked me if I had placed an order for two frappes I explained to him, someone else drove out of line, and I was there for a doordash pickup. he again asked me for the last three digits and he asked if I could pull forward. There was already somebody pulled forward so he had me park in the curbside pickup. They delivered the food to another vehicle that was in curbside, and a lady shouted out that she would be back with my food. I was waiting for 17 minutes before I decided to drive back through drive thru, to the window, to check the status of the order. At this time it was 9:49 p.m. and I could see three employees through the drive-thru window cleaning back of house. I called the phone number for McDonald's and explain to a lady that I have been waiting for my doordash pickup. She argued with me that the restaurant was already closed by the time I drove through drive-thru. I explained to her that I was second to last in the Drive-Thru line before she told another vehicle on the intercom that they were closed for the night. I explained to her that I was another and told to pull up for my order. She said "nobody came?" and I confirmed no body came. She proceeded to tell me they were closed and hung up on me. A boy came to the window and jokingly acted as if we was trying to open the window but the window was sealed shut. Then he screamed through the window that they were closed and had no food. By the time I drive out of thr drive through it was 9:55 p.m. Online indicated that they do not close until 10:00 p.m but the drive thru employee is under the impression that she can close early when she feels like it. Sadly I had to communicate to the customer that mcdonald didn't have their order ready by the time I got there and pulled me up for the order just to wait just until they closed so they didn't have to...
Read moreIt’s 2:38am. I just got off work and all I want is a Coke a McGriddle. I pull up to the window and have my order into the speaker when I got to the window I was abrasively told by a rude young lady with purple hair that I had skipped the car in the other line & I’d have to go back around... so I went around and told my order into the speaker again and then pulled up to the window AGAIN... this time She told me she was going to get a manager. The manager came to the window and told me I can’t skip cars and that I had skip the car in front of me and now skipped he car behind me?? At this point, I am confused and because not once did I intentionally skip; plus my order is extremely simple. They could of just types it in the computer, took my payment and moved forward BUT for whatever reason I was told to go back around AGAIN!! Before I gave my 2 item order for the THIRD time.. I was told on the intercom to wait a moment. I then gave my order, went to the window to pay and was sitting there waiting for the rude young lady to come get my money.
Don’t have two drive thru lanes if your employees aren’t capable of multi-tasking and taking care of both customers without having an attitude. I’d understand/disregard her rude behavior and uncalled for attitude if I was being a difficult customer or blatantly causing a disruption in the line; but, there was no reason for any of this. I worked in fast food for many years. There is no excuse for this to happen to anyone. If they are treating me this way.. who knows what how they handled my food. Any other McDonald’s with competent employees would of just took my order initially and continued on with their shift. From now on, I will go to the location near my house off Edgewood Ave. Get a new 3rd shift manager if you don’t want to continue...
Read moreIts ok. I get good service but sometimes staff is a little rude. There are some employees who are really helpful but I guess it depends on the day. The food quality is usually pretty good and fresh. But the main thing is, they really should speed up with the food prep during after hours because I noticed that only during lunch rush you'll get the fastest service. But then once the crowd is gone you'll be standing in line for 20 minutes even just to order one thing. Also, I love McDonalds iced coffee. I order it all the time. But it gets really frustrating when you order it special but then you try it and it's like they don't do anything at all the way you asked. I love hazelnut and I always have to ask for light syrup and light cream. I worked at McDonalds for 6 years so I know how all the food and drinks are prepared. And I know when they use one pack of coffee for the iced coffee when you're really supposed to use two. And how sometimes they add hot coffee to the iced coffee when they run out and don't have time to make more. I know all their tricks lol. One girl literally put 13 squirts of syrup in my iced coffee and I had to holler for her to stop and I asked her earlier for light syrup. Whenever I ask for light syrup and light cream and they say Ok I'll get that for you and it taste like they put extra. I try it and its still super milky sweet. So I won't even bother asking then to remake it. I just feel like I give up and take...
