The lady at the counter had a bit of an attitude, like she seemed annoyed when we talked to her or asked questions, it made us super uncomfortable. The only way I can explain it is it was like she didn't want to be there and we were a inconvenience. Her movements were kind of aggressive and she even dropped one of the spring rolls when trying to put it in the bag (from what I was told). Hoping that wasn't really the case but that is exactly how we felt, we even talked about it in the car because we were confused. We asked for teriyaki sauce on the side, me for my rice and then for the teriyaki chicken and I'm seriously dissapointed with the amount that was in these packets. They are maybe half of the scoops that y'all use when putting it directly on the chicken and we were only given two. (Just stopped typing to check, they are only 1 oz!) If giving these packets on the side, y'all should definately throw in an extra packet or two just in case since y'all aren't using the 2oz soufflé cups anymore. That much should have been more than obvious. 1oz is not equal to 2oz 🙄 Also, is it just me or did the portion size of the entree in the bowls go down? It did all fall to one side on the car ride home but even then it seems like it was all rice and barely any orange chicken. Very dissapointed in my bowl, especially when my the plate was perfectly fine and great portions. It's hard not to feel like my bowl and my request for teriyaki on the side were purposely done messed up when I was really nothing but nice and respectful to the employees, even if I was thrown a bit off with their demeanor. The good news I guess is we both tried the Beijing beef for the first time and we liked it, and the food was also just as tasty as always. That being said, if I go to Panda Express I'm not going to this location anymore, I'll stick to the one at the beach when I happen to be on that side of town. Honestly it was such a dissapointment. When I'm in Town Center I'll just go somewhere else, there are plenty of other places there to eat that won't make me feel as uncomfortable as this interaction did. Edit: Just read another person's review from three hours ago, which would have been a bit after we got our food, and it was talking about how the workers were eye-rolling and rude. It seems we weren't tripping and the workers really were being rude to us. That's absolutely ridiculous you allow your workers to ruin people's experience like that. That's a one way ticket to loosing business because I'm never going back to that Panda again and sure will warn others about it so they don't have to go through the same thing. Do better.

1st time coming to this location. I was shocked when I got the total of my order...until I got home. I was charged $1.50 up scale for the Walnut Shrimp. She asked it was ok and I said sure. I the girl why for the up sale on shrimp and what does it mean? She told me the shrimp and steak are considered premium. They even separated on the menu from the othe other entrees. I definitely wasn't prepared for what I got. The up sale of $1.50 is a totally a complete rip off. You mean to tell me this is how you charge for shrimp and steak entrees? Now look at the other dishes I ordered. Make it make sense?! The number of shrimp which is 7, white rice under cooked, the tops for the fountain drinks isn't even secure...they barely fit, literally. The girl almost spilled my drink passing it to me because the top came off. She had to take it back to exchange the top. When I got home the drinks leaked around the rim. Drinks were in the cup holder.

I planned a Panda Express–themed party for my husband since he absolutely loves your food! When I arrived at the location, Manager Justine Criollo was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. She guided me through the catering options and offered creative ideas to make the event even more special. Justine was very open and honest about the food and expectations, and she asked all the right questions to ensure everything turned out perfectly. When I say she went above and beyond, I truly mean it. When we picked up the food, she surprised us with stickers to decorate our cups and even small souvenirs like keychains. Her attention to detail made such a difference for us. Please extend my heartfelt thanks to Justine and her team — their kindness and care made our celebration unforgettable.

I refuse to go to this location anymore. The drive thru takes so long even when there's only 3 cars in the lot and only 2-3 cars in the drive thru. Plus the quality for the price you pay now is not worth it anymore.

My biggest complaint is brought on by tonight's experience. Everytime I come to this location I'm told "we don't have white rice". I understand if it's close to closing, but it was only 6:15pm and they didn't close until 8pm on Sundays. But I've also gone during the day and been told "we don't have white rice". I asked the girl at the window (I want to note I don't want to take this review out on her--potentially the cooking team if anything). She said it takes them 45 minutes (45?!?!?!) to steam the rice at the beginning of the day. (thank god for rice cookers?...takes typically 25 minutes, maybe invest in new one?) If you see your rice getting low you should probably prepare better for a weekend in the town center... But serious there is no excuse for not having white rice with dinner hours still ahead. NEXT, no fountain drinks... again literally 2 hours almost til close and no fountain drinks ? "machine isn't working or we don't have any more CO2" would be more understandable but "we not doing fountain drinks" is baffling.

A lot of this is just flagging laziness. Also stop asking "will that be all" after every ordered item because 1) you cut off what im saying still 2) it makes your business...

I am currently at Panda Express at St. John’s Town Center, Jacksonville, FL. (November 8, 2025 at approximately 1:35 p.m. I went through the drive thru and encountered a worker by the name of Yanni. Yanni was extremely rude and lack customer service. I gave her my credit card and told her to wait a moment because I will have to unlock it. She said ‘thank you’ and closed the window. Immediately a declined notification came on my phone. She reopen the window with a serious expression on her face, clearly annoyed and stated that the card is declined. I replied “I know, I told you to give me a moment because it is locked.“ She puts on a fake smile and said “okay”. She closed the window again. I unlocked the card and was just sitting there because the window is locked therefore I couldn’t notify her to try the card again. Finally, she unlocked the window and try the card again, it was approved. When the food is ready, she open the window and shove the food bag in my hand and said have a great day with an attitude. I will throw the food away. I respond “Keep it”. I don’t need fake and rude courtesy and I will never support this Panda Express again. It does not take 1 minute to unlock a card. Please train your worker better. Learn to radiate kindness and...
