They are an Asian Bistro that have food like Sushi, Yakisoba, Hibachi Dinner, Thai Curry, Pad Thai, Thai Pineapple fried rice, Indonesian Mie Goreng, Indonesian fried rice, Korean Bulgogi, Kalbi, and lots more. They do have kids meal like chicken nuggets and fries. My sister ordered the Chicken Katsu, she said it’s delicious. Honestly I’m surprised of how big the take-out proportions. I think it’s reasonable price. The Yakisoba has a unique taste and I like flavor of it. Shrimp Tempura and Crab Rangoon were cooked perfectly golden. It’s was crispy and delicious. Also I ordered Thai red curry with chicken (not shown in the photos) for my dad. He liked the tasted of the Thai red curry and it has the coconut flavors that is supposed to have. Most likely I would come back again.

I was on the hunt for Indonesian Rendang Curry after watching Gordon Ramsay's *Uncharted* episode, and it was tough to find one in Jacksonville. I ended up ordering the Rendang Curry with a spice level of 4, while my partner chose the steak yakisoba noodles. The curry was seasoned perfectly, with tender beef and broccoli that was well-cooked—not soggy—and just the right amount of seasoning. The spice level was spot on, and my server was attentive, checking if the heat was to my liking and offering more chili oil if needed. The yakisoba noodles were flavorful, soaking up the spices nicely. You could taste the smoky sesame oil, which wasn’t overpowering, and the dish had plenty of steak bites. Service was excellent, with our food arriving quickly and together.

Generous Sushi Platter, Great Value Pandan Leaves really surprised me with the quality and freshness of their Sushi Deluxe. For $27, I got an impressively plated variety of sashimi, nigiri, and rolls. The presentation (as seen in the photo) was beautiful without being over-the-top. I also had a warm carafe of house sake for $9, which paired perfectly with the meal. The server was friendly and attentive, which added to the experience. If there’s one downside, the interior felt a bit basic, but it didn’t take away from the meal. Highly recommend for sushi lovers looking for quality without breaking the bank

I recently visited your establishment and, while I appreciate the effort, I believe there are areas for improvement.

Firstly, the interaction with the hostess felt rushed. Upon my arrival, before 3:30 PM, I was hurriedly informed that I had only a minute to place an order for the All You Can Eat promotion, a special I wasn't previously aware of. It would be helpful if staff could take a moment to explain such promotions and policies to guests, especially first-time visitors.

Additionally, the menu descriptions could be more transparent. For instance, I ordered the wings, priced at $7 for four. Based on the price, I expected four whole wings but received two wings cut in half. Clearer descriptions would set more accurate expectations for customers.

I also noted that my order was served exceptionally quickly, leading me to believe the wings were either pre-cooked or not freshly prepared. While efficiency is commendable, freshness in food preparation greatly enhances the dining experience.

On a positive note, the restaurant's ambiance is pleasant, and its location is ideal. With some improvements in customer communication and food preparation, I believe your restaurant has...

Pandan Leaves Restaurant in Jacksonville is a true culinary delight! From the moment we stepped in, the warm ambiance set the stage for an exceptional dining experience. The menu, a perfect blend of tradition and innovation, featured dishes that were not only visually stunning but also bursting with incredible flavors.

We started with the Pandan Chicken Satay – an absolute winner! The marriage of smoky grilled goodness and the subtle fragrance of pandan was a taste sensation. The main course, highlighted by the Pandan-wrapped Sea Bass, was equally outstanding. The fish, perfectly steamed within pandan leaves, was tender and flavorful, creating a memorable culinary experience.

The service was impeccable. The staff's knowledge of the menu and their genuine enthusiasm for the cuisine added an extra layer of enjoyment. Attentive and friendly, they ensured a seamless and delightful dining experience.

Pandan Leaves Restaurant is more than just a place to eat; it's a culinary journey that exceeded our expectations. For an unforgettable meal and top-notch service in Jacksonville, look no further. Five stars...

First off the staff was welcoming and very nice. I wanted to like this place since so many Asian restaurants in the North area are such a big disappointment. I ordered the shrimp tempura, 8pc Mount Batur Roll, and the Tuna Tataki. I'll start first with the tempura shrimp which was the best thing on my order. It tasted fresh had four pieces and came with a sweet spicy sauce that was good. The 8pc Mount Batur Roll had a crab salad on top that was pretty good, but the roll itself was a joke. Only rice, nori (seaweed wrap), and the fried shrimp very bland and basic blah. The Tuna Tataki was un-edible it had a ligament through the whole thing. Chewy and tasteless. The seaweed salad underneath unfortunately had a refrigerator taste to it. After a bite of three pieces, I threw it out. Your best bet is to drive to downtown or St. John's if you want better Asian food. If you like Mexican La Napolera next door is the best restaurant...
