High quality ice cream and a large selection of topping. However, they have no regards for Covid-19 or social distancing. Yes they have the stickers on the floor and the signs on the door. But other then that the moment someone gets their ice cream mask are off regardless if you are still in line or not. I went today with my partner and it became very obvious that the workers behind the counter were more interested in their tips then keeping people from standing on top of one another. We were called up by party and had one person taking care of us. Great fine I get it that is normal. However, when their are six party's' being taken care of and no control on lines and where to pay/stand everyone stands on top of one another. I watched a family of three become frustrated because all they wanted to do was check out and were ignored by one of the employees who checked out a later guest then taking initiative and getting the crowd out the door quickly and affectedly. By the time that family was out the door their ice cream had melted. The young woman who was taking care of my partner and I was friendly so I have no problem with her, however it bothered me tremendously that other employees were touching their masks and pulling them away from their faces to speak with customers and then filling orders. it really grossed me out. Had I not already put my order in I would have left just from having the anxiety of being crowded by people I didn't know. I will more then likely get my ice cream from somewhere else until a better system...

I ordered a oreo ice cream cake for my daughters birthday, picked it up Friday it went straight into the freezer when we finally opened it the next day it was the wrong cake with shaved chocolate going all around the bottom of the cake , when it was suppose to be all crumbled up Oreo crumbs around the bottom , we have ordered this same cake from them several times , with never any problems, I called and spoke to the man that took my order , he lied and said thats what i wanted and ordered was the shaved chocolate around the bottom of the cake in which he was lying , he passed the phone to some other lady who called the owner to see if I could get a refund and she said no once it's paid for and out the door they dont do refunds , also the cake was suppose to say happy 27th birthday not just happy 27th and written sloppy, the guy lied again and said that how i said i wanted it spelled i went off on him and was livid this is bad business and customer service to I don't live in the same town where I ordered the cake and the party I had already started and I couldn't take the cake back they'll never get my business again very unprofessional staff they need to get older or more professional people in there that knows what their doing instead of teenagers again...

I have gone to Cold Stone's many times. The customer service was usually fair. But on 08/02/2018 at 1:00 I came with an entire company order of about 9 small cups. I had three buy one get one free coupons and from the "Rainy Day" email. And I wanted three separate orders. Well she took forever. I got there at 1:00 only one in line. Did not get my ice cream till at least 1:30 maybe 1:45. She keeps telling that the rewards are now through phone numbers. I try all the phone number but they only say 25 points. Which does not make any sense. Our rewards profile are connected to our emails. I had the three coupons printed out but she did not accept them. I walked away frustrated and realize she did not give me a coupon. I walk back in and a family of five walked in and she took there entire order and finished it before she asked me if i needed help. When she printed it was like 2 secs. She just ignored me the entire time. I didn't leave until 2:15 and when I got to work half of the ice-creams were leaking so bad that the whole tops of the ice creams fell in the trash or cups for those that were quick enough. Very Very Very Mad when I left wasted over an hour an a half. Didn't get any help with the coupons and spend 50 bucks for a whole bunch of melted cups...
