I'm upset and shocked at the treatment I received 3/13/25 from staff. Let me start off by saying I love Honey Baked and I've never had a bad thing to say until now! I wasn't aware that the store closes at 6pm (which is super early in my opinion) so I walked in at 554pm craving a sandwich. There was a young lady at the counter (darker eyebrows) that was very friendly, she greeted me with a smile and I couldn't help but notice the other female roll her eyes and sigh when she saw me walk in, she was making a sandwich behind the counter. Her sigh made me ask the cashier what time did they close because I did notice the open sign was already turned off when I walked in before 6pm. The cashier informed me 6pm but she said you can still order...the lady making the sandwich rudely chimes in "the oven is off and closed" so I replied WOW before closing? A gentleman who couldn't be seen but he was next to the lady making the sandwiches rudely says "we close in 5 minutes"!! I thanked the cashier for being nice and I informed her that I would be leaving a review about the unprofessional service!! I wanted to place an order for my entire family for dinner but I took my money elsewhere after the rude comments and remarks from the staff! Please make sure to inform your employees that you have to always treat customers with the upmost respect and if the job is too much find another one!! I work in customer service and I would never treat people that way!! Very Rude and border...
Read moreHoney Baked Ham Company needs to get it together. READ the orders, you MIGHT get them right. My turkey sandwich was missing the bacon, it didn’t look anything like the picture. There wasn’t enough meat to even cover the bread and it was dryer than hell and to top it off, the drink was missing. The Tavern sandwich was dry, the bacon wasn’t even heated, the grease was still congealed on it. I ordered smashed potato salad and instead I was given some Kind of broccoli salad. This was the first time I have ever ordered...probably the last time too. I paid almost $30 for 2 sandwiches way?! I called and asked for the OWNER to call me, someone else called. Read moreBy far the nastiest ham we have ever bought. The lady we talked to about buying one was nice an showed us a beautiful example of what we could expect. The woman who we had to deal with when we picked up the ham was rude an only would let us look at them from a distance. She showed us 3 different hams an we could only see a small portion of them. We took the one that looked least fatty. It was extremely fatty on the back side an dry as dirt on top. Doubt we'll ever waste the money on one again. Had better luck...
