Racist and discriminatory-disrespectful behavior: Visited 9/29/24 at 7:30pm: purchased 3 Mango Passion Fruit Lemonades, No Ice on any. The shorter associate handed me 3 pink water filled cups. Informed her it has no lemonade taste just 4 pieces of dragon fruits and ice water and I had asked for no ice. She said with a condescending attitude and roll of eyes, “ok can put some lemonade but if I take out the ice I won’t replace it with lemonade.” I said “no problem, thanks.” She changed the cups, drained the ice and dragon fruit pieces, added less than 1 shot of lemonade to each, barely 3/4 c full and slammed them on the counter. When I asked for the dragon fruit pieces she huffed angrily and went to the back to get them. I said thank you, she disregarded it and gave me a nasty eye roll and turned her back, I said thank you again thinking she hadn’t heard me the first time and with her lips closed she hummed: Uhuh . I asked her for her name as she slapped the tops on each cup and forcefully slid them to me, she turned back and went to the back room. I informed the barista that these actions are completely disrespectful and uncalled for especially in service business, I am a paying customer who approached and made my requests respectfully for what is rightfully mine to be provided. Even the barista refused to give the other associate’s name to me and neither of them apologized. They went to the back and giggled and laughed loudly. Read moreStopped by today for the first time ever and im so disappointed and judging by the reviews im not the only one who has felt this way, employees look like they dont want to be there , a specific employee a white lady with blonde hair that was at the cashier was super rude and dismissive, i asked if they had grilled cheeses due to them not being on the menu and i was given a very rude response back, then she continued to be dismissive while taking my order , i always order my grilled cheeses super tosted so i asked for it extra tosted which she tosted twice which is fine, when she handed it to me i realized i wanted it a little more tosted as it was still too soft, i asked with please and thank you if she could tosted once more and she proceeded to say “i already extra tosted it” with a rude tone and dismissed me very rudely was trying to say something else but couldnt understand ,which at that point i just left ,she was clearly annoyed over my request i dont know if it was the two customers in line that had her overwhelmed and if it was you guys need better baristas, will never come into the starbucks again such a shame, ive never had any issues with this at the starbucks i always go to the burn my grilled cheese if i wanted with no attitude i will continue to stick with them. Read moreIf your store is under construction and closed for services, you should turn your mobile orders off. For one, I ordered here thinking it was the DT store across the way, so that’s my bad. And unfortunately for me when I went there initially and realized, they wouldn’t even help me. They didn’t know y’all were closed, and they sent me away and it wasn’t til I walked my happy self into target that I realized. I had to call the other location and ask if they would help me out before driving all the way back there, which was not something I wanted to do after they were already not helpful. Just overall a giant headache for me ( not to mention extremely inconvenient considering I have cerebral palsy and never intended to walk into target to retrieve a coffee anyway but did it because I didn’t want to be difficult….. ) that more than likely could’ve been avoided if your mobile orders were turned off, considering you’re closed and can’t to fill them....
