McDonald's — Restaurant in Jamestown

Did you know that if you go to Mcdonalds at 7:30 at night you get a dinner and a show?!! I walked into Mcdonalds with my speech team, expecting to get my usual "quality" service and "quality" food. What was to come was a surprise. As I was crunching on my fries, the show had just started. A lady walked into the restaurant and started her monologue. "I went through the drive through waiting for my drink! But what did I see? You spitting into my cup! I want to talk to an adult manager now! I don't want to talk to any of you kids." Keep in mind that the man she was yelling at was clearly a middle aged middle eastern man. As the man scratched his head, another worker said the line that will cause all chaos. " calm down ma'am". All hell broke loose at that point. The lady full of rage "I will not calm down! Don't tell me to calm down! I want to talk to an adult manager! I want a new drink and I want it now!" After this, the lady stormed out of the store and that was the end. So I thought. The show did not end until another customer yelled out "DONT SPIT IN OUR FOOD MAN!!" This went from a dramatic show to a light hearted comedy. I had the time of my life! I would definitely come again next year! Can't wait for what's next in store! I'm giving this 5/5 because the lady's acting was phenomenal!...

Went there today to get happy meals for my kids - normally they will substitute a chicken sandwhich for a McDouble in the Mighty Kids Meal. He informed me they will not do it here - I said they did it in Bismark yesterday and that they do it in Oklahoma (where we are from) for me all the time no problem. He said "well we ain't Bismark" to which I said "you are right, you aren't." So we order them hamburgers. I ask for extra pickle. He proceeds to list it as NO PICKLE. I said "I asked for extra pickle, not no pickle - do they not give extra pickle here either?" Then he said....wait for this!......"I ain't trying to deal with your bullshit today" So I went inside and spoke to the 'managers' who just made dumbfounded faces at each other and discussed who was going to "handle that one". No apologies to me for the fact that the person they have handling customers obviously isnt qualified enough to even handle fries. Nothing. So I left. The place is loaded down with patrons and they better have some time to deal with 'bullshit' bc Im sure there are more people than just me asking for extra pickles....

Jamestown North Dakota McDonald's closes at 11. My boyfriend and I got there at 10:30 a whole 30 minute before they close. I don't get off of work untill 10 so that why we went late, we also live on the other side of town from McDonald's. We finally get to the speaker box at 10:51 the lady was nice but told us that the Gernal Manger was calling them, telling them to close witch, I don't think was right Considering we got there as soon as we could. They main reason why they won't take our order is because of course only 2 people were working. I understand some people don't want to work/can't work, but come on. I firmly believe every place should have more then 2 people working because of people like myself that work late and just want a nice McDonald's treat/meal. Would I go back to this McDonald's yes I would but it's so sad that they can't have at least 4 people work untill close and very sad and rude that we nicely waited 20 minutes and was told that they would not take our order. I was even going to give them a tip. Sorry...
