Well. Where to start ??? As I’m sitting in the actual restaurant writing this. Horrible service right off the bat was sat down promptly. Waitress took a good 10 minutes before acknowledging we were seated . Got drinks. Me and wife proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for her to come back to take food order. Meanwhile I notice another 3 couples have been seated already after us and there drink/food orders have been taken before our waitress has even come back to take our order. I’ve watched these 3 other tables eat ,pay,and walk out of the restaurant before me and my wife have even received ANY of our food. Mind you it’s going on close to 40min , as yes I have my timer on my phone going as I have seen our waitress has taken note of what I have been doing with timing , asked to speak to a manager ooooh miraculous then our waitress returns to our table almost immediately afterwards saying our food will be out shortly . My fries were warm we had 3 different people come to our table say there apologies. Your only saving grace was the manager who was polite to the situation did in fact take care of our entire bill. How funny after this then our waitress was at our table multiple times asking how our food was if we needed anything else. Poor poor customer service and if we are treated well we tip very well if treated like this then you dang right you better pay for the entire bill...
Read moreJust left this location about 10 minutes ago and was very disappointed. Our waitress Becky did not put our order in until we said something 20 minutes after receiving chips and sals with hair in it. I told her about the hair and her response was “ohhh”. She never checked on our table to see how things were or never apologized for the hair. Once our food finally came out it was like warm. This was horrible because we watched other tables food come out steaming hot (literally). The manager came out and was nice enough to take some things off the bill and remake food. But Becky most definitely need training classes on how to serve other tables despite their race. Yes I said race. Every other table she checked on and brought food out right away. Hopefully she gets the training she needs going forward. Just a tip. If you guys don’t want people complaining about your restaurant, don’t serve food with hair in it and make the food hot and fresh the first time, not after a complaint....
Read moreTerrible food. Terrible service. We ordered the food and not even 5 minutes later it came out. You would think this is great service, until you take a bite and realize it's glorified microwaved food. The speed of the food preparation now makes sense. Not only that, but the burger we ordered looked as though it was put through a rock tumbler. It was so greasy, the bottom bun congealed to the meat to form some kind of paste. We asked for a new bun to try to salvage the meal, but it was never received. After this experience, we just wanted to leave as soon as possible, so we paid at the table side tablet. As we paid, the tablet "glitched" on the screen for the tip option, and immediately selected the maximum tip option and closed the screen. We have dined at several Chili's locations for many years and none of them have ever come close to this poor experience. Would not recommend...
