My Husband and I came to this Culver's through the drive thru and the person at the window forgot we said no ice, so we had to send the drink back (which isnt that big of a deal, but it happens just about every time) Then when they sent it back to us, they literally spilled it all down my Husband's new sweatshirt. It went down the sleeve and into his pants. The person at the window today was incredibly rude. They didn't give any napkins or say I'm so sorry about that. So my husband had to get out of the car being all wet just to get napkins. Then when we tried reporting it to someone working the drive thru (the person who handed us the food) and telling them about it.. it was the same thing. However, a pet peeves of mine is restaurants/managers that turn up the A/C so the chefs are comfortable, and the clients freeze. It had to be 60-65 degrees in the dining room. This happens because 1) Weak manager. 2). Overweight Manager 3) They don't care about the clients 4) All of the above I tried the Reuben for the first time. I thought I bit into a SALT SOAKED peive of bread with some cheese and some cardboard disguised as corned beef. Discusting, either get some quality Corned beef or take it off the menu, come on man !!! Culver's your...
