Culver’s — Restaurant in Janesville

My Husband and I came to this Culver's through the drive thru and the person at the window forgot we said no ice, so we had to send the drink back (which isnt that big of a deal, but it happens just about every time) Then when they sent it back to us, they literally spilled it all down my Husband's new sweatshirt. It went down the sleeve and into his pants. The person at the window today was incredibly rude. They didn't give any napkins or say I'm so sorry about that. So my husband had to get out of the car being all wet just to get napkins. Then when we tried reporting it to someone working the drive thru (the person who handed us the food) and telling them about it.. it was the same thing. Love how fast and friendly everyone is here! Usually my food is perfect and exactly how I wanted it. Because of this I’m not going to rate them badly. But Unfortunately the past few times (4 times) I’ve come to get a burger here the meat has been undercooked and pink inside the patties. This is very off putting and I’ve ended up feeding the burger meat to my animals and just eating my onion rings for dinner instead of the burger I was craving. I love Culver's. However, a pet peeves of mine is restaurants/managers that turn up the A/C so the chefs are comfortable, and the clients freeze.It had to be 60-65 degrees in the dining room. This happens because 1) Weak manager. 2). Overweight Manager 3) They don't care about the clients 4) All of the above I tried the Reuben for the first time.
