Horrible service and the manager Amanda is rude. I made my order at around 4pm online. I called them right after because for some reason it won’t allow me to order delivery online only carry out. When I called I talked to the Amanda and told her about my order being delivery and not carry out. She was helpful with that and I spent less then 10 minutes on the phone with her. At 4:26 pm I received a text message about my order being in the oven and it should take about 10 minutes max. I know it only takes 15 minutes to get to my apartment from the store. Plus the oven time then it should be at my apartment by 5pm. About 5 o’clock rolls around and I noticed that I haven’t updates about my order so I decide to call to be should they didn’t forget about me. This time I talked to a man and he told me they just sent my order out. He also told me they were a little backed up and that’s why it took so long. He told me it should be there soon and he’s sorry for the wait. Again spent less then 10 minutes on the phone with him. I start playing the game and when my 6pm alarm went off signing me to take my dog out to potty. After getting by in the house I noticed that again my food was not there. I called twice before Amanda picked up and stated that they were not taking orders at that time. I told her I already had an order put in and before I could finish she told me it was a two-hour wait. I replied with I made this order at 4 and was not told it was a two-hour wait. She said since it was an online order they don't state that there is a wait time. To which I replied I called up there right after my order to told them about my which from carry out to deliver and not one time did she (Amanda) say there was a two-hour wait. I also said that when called up there again and spoke with the guy he didn't say anything about the wait.She seemed mad about me stating the obvious and she said there is nothing she can do about it since they were backed up. At this time I'm mad, I asked when will food get here and she was unable to give me an answer. So not only did I order at 4 pm and called up there 2 times I was not told about the wait. To top it off when i asked for her name to clarify her name she got quite for 2 seconds before disconnecting the call. Read moreI placed an order to be delivered to Americinn Janesville WI. My pizza is fine. However I ordered plain wings and asked that they be cooked well done and they were not. They also forgot my ranch. I also got cheese dip with garlic not. The cheese dip was burnt and not dippable. I called and spoke with Krista and complained but she said call back in ten minutes. I called back and spoke with manager Andy who was very rude. He argued with me. He told me I hung up on someone and said Everytime I call it's something and that he thinks I'm trying to scam him. He did offer a gift card or to remake the order. I told him the wings are gummy but if I could get buffalo wings cooked twice and he agreed but said the cheese dip is how it comes. I explained that I ordered it last time and it was perfect but he continued arguing that whoever made it last time must have put to much cheese. He made it himself. I told him it's stuck to the pan and not eatable. He then says if it sits any amount of time it will get that way. I told him I opened it while I was on the phone giving my complaint and it was like that already. After constantly going back and forth I just said forget it and he says have a goodnight. Read moreCan I give 0 states please. We order from this Dominos all the time and rarely ever have complaints. We never call to complain we usually just live with it and move on. But this time was different, this time we ordered 3 large pizzas and they were all under cooked. Not that they were doughy but the cheese was just melted and tasted raw the veggies were all under cooked to the point that they were still fresh. The thin crust which is already pure cooked was somehow still not cooked. When I called the store to let them knows about it Tiffany asked “is That all your problem is”. I guess Tiffany that is my only problem that the only thing you have to do as a company is make pizza and you couldn’t do it properly. She complained to me that I need to bring them back so they can see that they aren’t cooked properly and then they would replace them. Oh ok I guess I have another 1.5 hrs to waste in my night. I then asked for the manager but she was not able to handle the call Andy made Tiffany take care of it.
