I cannot recommend Fair Lady Bridal Shoppe enough! I was in the area with my mom and sister and we decided to top by without an appointment. Sandy was very accommodating and when I described the type of dress I was looking for she had so many beautiful dresses to choose from! I ended up finding my dream dress that she measured so well that when I tried it on after it had arrived it fit so perfectly it only needed a couple of minor alterations. When covid hit and my dress was almost 3 months late, Sandy kept me in the loop as to when it would hopefully arrive and also pulled a couple of dresses similar to mine off of the rack and was prepared to alter them for me just in case mine didn't arrive in time. You cannot go wrong with shopping here. Sandy and all of the women at the store are so warm and kind and you truly can feel how much they care. Thank you again...

We had a great time picking dresses- we were told everything we wanted to hear....then the dresses came and alterations began... we had an nightmare with alterations. Had to take a dress somewhere else after to get all the alterations fixed. After leaving a review- was called and received an apology but was then argued with when going over my review, there is no way I would recommend anyone to go here to get a dress altered. My review is simply to save any other brides or bridal party a headache. The terribly done alterations were the biggest stressor of all things during the wedding planning. If you buy a dress from here- go elsewhere for alterations. Communication was like pulling teeth. I love to support a local business but it is a shame that they don't take responsibility for the quality of alterations that are...
