Went to drive thru yesterday and requested order 2C, which is deluxe cheesburger combo. They gave me a bacon cheeseburger. Went today to again request 2C, and as I'm waiting to order, the drive thru took orders of at least six vehicles that arrived after us, first. Those same six vehicles, at least one of them held up the line and made wait even longer. One was a complex order with a uncooperative patron. We could hear it, as the other second drive thru speaker is right next to ours.
I arrive at window to pay and inform cashier how we weren't served in correct order. She responds to change the subject and says: "Why are you wearing a mask?" Keep in mind, I am sitting right next to a physician, who works in subspecialty, within centimeters of the face regularly, and just came from that setting with potentially contagious cases. I can't go into detail because of privacy, but what I've seen and heard is more than enough to warrant my decision. And should I have to explain that at a McDonald's drive thru?
So am I to understand I was incorrectly served, and time wasted, because bias toward my masking with an N95 mask around a potentially contagious individual? Because that's kind of how it sounds, when you change the subject to ask that, after I explain my unfortunate experience in one of your drive thru. Entire experience isn't exactly designed to leave one feeling anything but unhappy.

Read moreI bought 4 shakes 2 vanilla and 2 chocolate. One of the chocolate shakes wasn’t mixed and I asked the lady at the window (Maria)if she could mix it. Maria then started telling me she didn’t know when I meant so I asked and showed with my hands if she could mix the shake. She proceeded to hand me a large cup for a soda and told me here mix. I asked if she could mix it that I didn’t pay to mix my own stuff. She told me she didn’t know what I meant still and walked away and threw the shake halfway across the kitchen into a garbage can. She proceeded to talk with a manager and I got ignored for 5 minutes I then asked another kid working by the window if he could come to me I asked if he could grab a manager and he did. I told the manager what happened and she just told me okay and one second for the shake. 10 minutes later I still didn’t get my shake and they told us to pull forward after waiting a few minutes after pulling up to the pole we went inside where they then told us the shake machine is somehow broke now and then didn’t offer a refund we had...

While traveling through WI today I stopped by this establishment and ordered food went to get ice out of the machine it was flithy told the young white lady with blonde hair that works on 4:00pm shift as a cashier with red and black shirt that it was flithy she said okay I will tell them never once did she do it. My husband approach another white lady after we finished our meal who is the manager (grey shirt) that's plus sized as well that it needed to be cleaned. We waited around no one cleaned it. They went over and took a cup poured ice in the cup nd pour the ice out. It was still filthy when we left. I called and made a compliant about it with the McDonalds feedback number. This is just plan out lazy it takes two seconds to wipe out a machine. They were more worried about standing around chatting with each other that doing what needed to be done.
