Starbucks — Restaurant in Janesville

Busy at times, runs out of coffee condiments. Ill chosen location/access design. There is 1 way in & 1 way out. The drive thru line often fills the tiny lot quickly at peak times. If you get caught in a parking spot, attempting to leave during this time - best to sit back, relax, & expect to wait a while. If you're not too lazy to park & walk a few hundred feet, you'll get in & out faster if you approach from the rear & park along back or side of building. It's also best to order via their mobile app well ahead of time to shorten your standing in a frustrated crowd experience. Employees are always courteous during my visits, but unable to meet the peak time demands. IMO, they should look for a larger building & larger lot with multiple entrys. I've never seen such a consistently, cluster* drive thru line. FYI, there's another Starbucks right down the road inside Target. But they no longer take...

This was my favorite place for the past 3 yrs or more.. sadly however having said that the past several visits have been rather disappointing. I really do hate that this has been such a dramatic change in my fave coffee drink.. the majority of the last 2 months I have been receiving cups that are barely 3/4 full! This is a newish and highly undesirable trait to be receiving. At 5 dollars a drink! Outrageous I'd say, I drink 1 every day and appreciate when my entire drink I pay good money for is actually the way it's supposed to be! Thanks. I went up to the register to order and had to wait 3 minutes for the 3 girls behind the counter to finish their conversation. I stated my order as an iced blonde caramel macchiato, the girl taking my order rudely goes is that iced or hot and looked at my like I was stupid. So I repeated myself that I would like that iced. She began to write on a hot cup so I nicely reminded her that it was supposed to be iced for the third time. She clearly was not listening to anything I was saying and she was acted like I was an inconvenience for wanting an iced drink. I proceeded to pay with the Starbucks app and yet again stood there waiting for this girl to finish another pointless conversation with another coworker behind the counter in order for her to cash me out.
