Husband and I went to go and sell his Pokémon cards. We went in first to learn the process and then came back to drop them off. The staff that originally helped us and was behind the counter were very kind and welcoming. My husband was told he would need to come back in 3 days of dropping his large collection of cards to have it reviewed. Well leaving cards there that are valuable had us a little skeptical but in day 3 he went to check in on his cards and was essentially made fun of and his cards were not even properly appraised. Employee calls the appraisal dude and they both laugh on the phone Infront of my husband (at him) and give him an estimate of $300 for the collection that is worth over 9k. We made it clear we never expected too close to 9k. But 300 was disgusting. It was as if they didn’t even look at all because the first pages of the collection had cards that alone were worth more than $300. We did not expect to come out with a fat wad of cash but if they wanted to offer a more reasonable amount for maybe a few cards, that would have been a better scenario. Read moreYears ago I would order products for when they came out, they would never arrive on time. Someone at the store even told me a product hadn't come out yet that was supposed to release on my birthday I saw it at other stores, and it had released on time. I was told by the staff repeatedly it was pushed back for release. When I brought it up for the 6th time, they finally decided to get the product ordered that I had paid for in advance.
RECENTLY. I went back to this store thinking it couldn't have been worse than that. I bought some Dragon Shield sleeves that were manufactured to be a few mm too small for standard cards. When I went to address the issue with the store they told me to take care of it online with the manufacturer rather than swapping the product. I was told "If nothing is damaged on the box we don't handle it."
Now I'm emailing the manufacturer as I was told... and finding out the manufacturer does not replace product, but offers reimbursements ONLY IF THE STORE IN QUESTION IS UNWILLING TO HELP.
In other words your store should have handled the issue and refused to by admission of the manufacturers own policy. Your employee either lied, or just was unwilling to help.

A few weeks ago I went into the store to reserve a few books. At the time the individual informed me that they would be able to put some aside if they had extras. Regardless if they extras or not they were going to call me.
The day of the release arrived and I didn't get any calls from the store. So I called them to see what was the situation with the books. The person over the phone informed me that they had extras but ran out in the morning and forgot to put some aside for me. He informed that I would have to wait another week just to see if he will have extras coming in.
Pretty disappointed on how the entire thing transpired and what's the point of reserving books if you are not going to put them aside? I know for a fact, I won't be getting...
