Wendy's — Restaurant in Janesville

Went through the drive thru today and the employee taking my order was extremely rude. Then when I got to the window to pay he snatched the money from me closed the window and walked away. We could hear all of them laughing and the manager walked past the window and looked at us and started laughing and walked away. When we finally got our change he threw it in my hand handed me my drinks and shoved the bag of food in my hand. We had asked him for BBQ sauce and ranch and he shoves BBQ sauce at me then slams the window shut but no ranch. We pulled into the parking lot and checked our food. We had order a jr bacon sandwich and a crispy chicken but sandwich. Only problem is WE NEVER GOT THE CRISPY CHICKEN BLT. They had the nerve to for one: Put a hamburger on it instead of chicken. Two: The hamburger was burnt to a crisp blacker than black. But it had the ingredients of the chicken blt. Now we know what they were laughing at. Like are you serious?! This place needs new management and defiantly needs to learn how to their jobs. I didn't even bother calling the manager because I know that if I even wasted my time she would just laugh and not do anything. It's is...

Last 3 times I have been here over the last few months, it has been very slow. Last time I tried to go I was asked to order only to be cut off mid order and asked to wait 3 times. Until I drove off without ordering. I don't go to Wendys a ton but enough to feel confident in saying that this one is far slower then any other I have been to. It took 20 min from pulling up to the speaker to getting my order (which was incorrect) one of the times.

The employees have either accepted the situation or simply don't care. Only time they ever even mentioned how slow they were was when the car behind me (that had already ordered) drove off while I was paying. I pointed this out and got a "thank you for your patience" not even an apology.

I'm usually pretty forgiving when it comes to fast food. They get a ton of orders and everyone wants it right away. But this has been repetitive and taking the type of time that I could go in somewhere and get much better quality food. There are plenty of other options in town including another Wendy's. I will not be returning...

This wendy's is absolute trash (HOW DOES IT HAVE 3.6 STARS? Are these ancient reviews, or do you people just have that low of expectations?)

They some how take 5+ minutes in the drive through to bring you ICE cold and/or dehyrdated food. This is not a one-off experience. I have given them chances time and time again, because if you get fresh food, its actually pretty decent. The problem with this particular wendy's is, that is almost NEVER the case.

This place is run by lazy cheapskates . Tonight I was served a double stack with a half inch of mustard and ketchup , served at room temperature . My spicy chicken sandwich was essentially jerky. I threw both things away.

Do NOT ever give these people your business. It's not worth it, it's never going to be as good as you expect it to be.

Do yourself a favor and just go to the mcdonalds right next door or taco bell. They are...
